Pleasant experience

Lástima, es buen hotel, pero desde el manager hacía abajo nadie hace un favor, no colaboran. no ayudan con algo n simple como buscar hielo, así lo cobren y tampoco prestan una hielera, llevo una semana en Marruecos y es el único hotel que ha tenido este comportamiento. Buen desayuno.

Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location in the neighbourhood of Agdal with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Salma at the reception was very helpful. Thank you Salma. I like staying in Agdal for quick access to the Agdal train station for the fast train to Tangier. Rabat is one of my favourite cities in Morocco. Will definitely stay at Gardenia hotel again and would recommend it to others.

Room in good condition and staff was courteous.

Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. Boa localização para rstaurantes, bares etc. Roupa de cama com aspecto de suja e/ou usada (lençol de cobrir parecia não ter sido lavado de tão encardido)

Amazing staff

O hotel é honesto. Bom custo-benefício. O ar-condicionado funcionou bem e a cama razoável.

Wonderful staff here. Some examples: the friendly person who cleaned my room and regularly went above and beyond; reception staff who were kind, patient, understanding and ready to help and an outside doorman who took the initiative to come over and help with something when he noticed an issue.

Hôtel très moderne et confortable.

The hotel is conveniently located to a few restaurants,especially fast foods like McDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme. The place is clean and comfortable. Thr breakfast was good. We did not try the hotel restaurant. The room in the 1st floor was noisy from street traffic. After Gardenia we went to Stay Here- Rabat. Same price, better value, vlose to Medina and Kasbah.

Modernes, sauberes Hotel. Gute Lage, freundliches Personal. Angenehmes grosses Zimmer. Es gab nur einen Nachteil: es ist sehr hellhörig.

Fatal llegas al tu habitación y encuentras las almohadas sin hacer encima de la mesilla de maltas que esta también encima de la cama y nivel tan bajo de profesionalidad para mi eso es un cero para tido rl hotel 😡😡😡😡😡😡
