First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room.

Rooms were clean and modern on the small side. Breakfast and meals were excellent.

The windows don't open and the air conditioning doesn't work, so the temperatures in the room are too hot and there is poor air quality/a lack of circulation. This meant we had awful sleep the whole stay which negatively impacted the rest of the trip. Would not stay here again.

Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things. Unable to open a window was difficult as room was stuffy and the fan control system wasn't very powerful.

Super morgenmadsbuffet, værelset meget lille, ingen stol, ingen skab, vindue kan ikke åbnes, så man kan lufte ud.

Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt. Enig nadeel vonden wij dat de aircondition niet koeler dan 19 graden kan.

Upon entering my room, I found the bedding to be dirty and the bathroom shampoo and conditioner dispenser was broken. While the staff did move me to another room, the complimentary breakfast was only offered after I asked, which was a bit disappointing.

Colazione ottima ma ristorante da evitare. Molto caro e qualità del cibo bassa. A noi sono capitati pietanze non cotte, incomplete e piatti che puzzavano perché lavati male. Per il reato l’albergo è bello e posizionato bene. La colazione è eccellente, quindi basta non cenarci. Ultima cosa ma non dipende da loro, è impossibile parcheggiare in zona. Le macchinette sono dalle 7 alle 24 e fanno biglietti di max 3 ore per volta

Rooms were clean and stocked up. Staff were very helpful especially Daniel at reception. Location is perfect for Airport buses stop 2 mins away. Just one suggestion Ritual amenities are good could have a body lotion.

Staff were lovely. Had dinner in the evening, lovely atmosphere in Botanicals restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast in the morning, great variety on the buffet and regularly topped up. Very good breakfast. Excellent service hotel.

Lovely stay, staff very friendly, the room was small but comfortable, shops pubs and restaurants nearby, a great stay would have no hesitation in staying here again.
