I booked my room in May 2025 with the hope of securing a room with a view. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room where the view was largely obscured by a tree. The balcony’s sliding glass door also did not have a screen, while I noticed some neighboring rooms did. When I raised these concerns, the explanation provided at the front desk did not address the issues.
Regarding breakfast, guests are asked to select a pickup hour, and the meal consists of frozen items placed in a paper bag. At my designated time, the items were still not thawed. I was told the property has not yet transitioned away from COVID-era procedures. I ultimately chose to give the breakfast to someone in need.
