Do not live here. It’s terrible. I booked this hotel when I had my trip to New York.there was stains that from people left on the bed and pillows.disgusting. They nerver cleaned properly when customer left . Do not stay here. Or you are gona regret staying this place

Was ok cleaner than what I expected my shower knob did not work and they never fixed it on my 4 day and 3 re night they still hvnt fixed it

Might be our worst hotel experience ever! Area around feels unsafe, they always give the guests smoking rooms without telling them and if you do get the non smoking rooms, you’ll have a busted ac unit. Receptionist at the night shift is always gone and can’t be properly contacted. Floors are unsanitary as well as the towels. We didn’t finish our whole reservation and just had to look for another place on our second night. A lot of sketchy things happen late at night as well, people screaming and banging on doors. Guests beware!!!

This hotel is disgusting. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I dismissed the low rating and thought it couldn't be as bad as others were making it out to be. It's worse. The first room I reserved had roaches so I was reassigned to a room that looked as it hadn't been cleaned and also reeked of cigarettes. This is not to mention an unavailable staff that didn't seem interested in working. With no time to book somewhere else, I reluctantly stayed the night, but could not sleep due to the condition of the room and location in general. The property magner has refused to issue me a refund and is hiding behind arbitrary rules and restrictions to avoid accountability for the state they've allowed this business to deteriorate into. It's only a matter of time before this hotel becomes a health and safety hazard, if it hasn't already, and shouldn't even be listed in Expedia's network in the first place as it meets non of it's standards for quality.
