整體配套及服務令人滿意

基本上酒店服務非常好，如果設置多2台洗衣機就更好

整理感覺非常好，這間酒店富有流行特色，及藝術氣息，服務員態度殷勤，地點亦很方便，一出門口1分鐘已經可以落地下街，地下街亦有很多餐廳及直接通往車站。對面已經有family Mart及麥當勞。整體設施比較適合年青人居住，不太適合小朋友一家大細居住。不過下次亦會再次選擇入住這酒店。

Very pleasant stay

This place is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in the Kansai area. The location is convenient, the room is spacious and the whole vibe of the hotel is great. We would also like to give a shout out to the amazing staff who are always friendly and go above and beyond in helping us. The only small con is that the soundproof system needs a bit of an improvement as we constantly hear heavy vehicles passing by in the middle of the night. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would choose this hotel when we visit again.

The room is big,the sofa is cozy,the beds are clean,and the tv has a lot of videos. But the tissues are thin,I mostly need to use about 2-3 of them.

Room spacious and well designed

乾濕分離，地方算寬敞，打開兩個大行李喼也不礙地方 ，床褥承托力佳，近地鐵站口，但上落要行樓梯， 地鐵站內有大量食肆及 雜貨店例如帶數 酒店對面有便利店家 !

the dialy room cleaning is absolutely not upto standard, the floor and the sink is dirty

前枱有外籍員工可以應付英語溝通，大堂環境雖然略小但舒適。房間空間很足夠而且很摩登，門外有地下街直接前往鐵路站雖然需要大約10分鐘路程但是沿途有便利店餐廳，而且不用在戶外吹著冷風。略嫌房間內衣架很少，兩個人住就不太夠用。

Nice, clean and modern hotel, the breakfast was good with wide selection of foods. But it is quite far away from Osaka station, need around 15mins walk, walked by underground shopping mall.

Overall quite good, very big room size for Osaka, but it's not very convenient getting around the major shopping areas, so it's only good for young travellers - expect to walk around 10-15 mins to stations. Getting to Kyoto is convenient though, the Keihan Railway station is very close.

Very nice. Like a 5star hotel.
