Excellent hotel with stunning views , love the facilities especially in the hotel and bar the pool in the room

The room and bathroom were clean, which is nice fresh towels each day. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is nice if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay in but keep in mind that bus options are limited from Imerovigli. Room was very spacious and clean. We opted for a room with a plunge pool, not totally private as there is a walkway in front of the rooms but it didn’t really bother us. Main pool is very nice, breakfast wasn’t bad. Very nice place if you’re looking for a chill option where you’re looking to spend some time in your hotel room.

Clean and helpful staff

The staff right from the door was very polite and hospitable. The room was amazing and very clean. Breakfast was high end and made fresh everyday. I would recommend this exact place to anyone visiting Santorini.

The whole property is immaculate and staff were excellent. The free breakfast was absolutely outstanding, some of the best pastries I’ve had in my entire life. Hospitality was amazing as well. The property is located on the backside of Imerovigli so the “caldera views” are not of the true iconic Santorini cliff side but regardless were still breathtaking, and because of this it is in a more quiet location which we found nice. My only complaint is that our “private plunge pool” was actually overlooking the main pool and pool chairs so not a private experience, but was still lovely.

The hotel was even better in person, lovely cozy hotel. We were really impressed and the staff are the most amazing! Shoutout to Angela, Nikki, Stefano and Chris. Will definitely go back there, they made our trip incredible.

We just left and already can't wait to go back! The staff is amazing, the food incredible, the views stunning. I couldn't find a bad thing to say if I tried.

It was a fantastic experience—everyone truly enjoyed their stay. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the outdoor pool was a great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is also very convenient, close to town, making it easy to explore. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience!!

Great room and nice view and staff, but the private pool was not cleaned when we got there so we couldn’t really enjoy it; instead it got cleaned the morning we were supposed to check out. Not sure if that’s typical. Also, when we got in, there were people painting and working on the hotel exterior right outside and there’s high visibility to our private pool and room, so it was a bit uncomfortable

Absolutely wonderful - even though we were there in April, when the weather was a bit chilly. Staff were fantastic across the board. Room was lovely and breakfast was delicious with a vast array of food. Will definitely come again.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and not willing to help when we had an issue

10月初旬，3泊しました。平均気温が25度，夜間はかなり下がるので、部屋に付いているプールがヒーターで温められている，上位ランクのスイートを予約しました。暗くなってからの到着で，見渡す海に、朝日が昇るのを楽し見に早起きしたら、目の前に広がるのは，プールサイド。海は見えましたが，プールフロントです。 その場所は，プールの端で，プライベート感があるのか，8時ぐらいから人が横たわっていました。 私達が部屋のプールに入ると、目が合います。 それに，外は通路。部屋番号201ですが，実際にはグランドフロア。わたし達の部屋の前を同じフロアの宿泊客が行き来し、遠慮なく，ジロジロ見ていくので，非常に不愉快。隣の部屋の客なんか，高い壁から覗きこんでいました。全く，失礼な。これだったら，安くても，上層階の部屋にしたら、コバルトブルーの海を存分に眺めて楽しめたと思うと，非常に残念。 この部屋は最悪です。こんなプールに重なる部屋，設計ミスでは？隣なら、一階上なら，景色は違うはず。 かなり高額な金額を払ったのに，残念です。 スタッフは，親切で，朝食もとても良かったし、 ホテルのプールも素敵でしたが、この部屋は選ばない方がいい。と，忠告します。
