First of all, I did not know that online agent is not responsible for the apartment and it's travelio. Online agent should inform on the application that the apartment check in, check out procedure and everything will be handle by travelio. The check in procedure: we can not check in directly at the apartment and must be wait for the people from travelio. There is deposit of idr. 200,000 when you check in, but this was not informed by online agent. They said that the deposit will returned when you check in. But the truth is, the deposit will returned after 5 days of check out, which is non sense! The check out procedure: travelio not informed how we should do the check out. I need to sent message and ask for check out. The answer is: just put the key inside the apartment unit. Below is the apartment condition: 1. Very dusty and not clean. I've been sneezing every day because of the dusty. 2. The sofa very dirty. 3. Under the sofa is super dusty. 4. Lots of ants. 5. The bathroom not clean. 6. No bathroom doormat. 7. No extra tissue for toilet. 8. No kitchen napkin. 9. Bedroom bed is not comfortable and dusty. 10. Need maintenance for the apartment balcony. I am very disappointed of taking this apartment and will never do it anymore.
