Large room, clean room. A little bit far from central station, esp. need to walk along with the luggage. Breakfast is good, staff is nice.

Breakfast will be much better if there's coffee machine in restaurant

Whole atmosphere is great during my stay, and the location of hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting lots of landmarks of Helsinki. The quality of food and beverage is very good, especially the wine list is full of choices. Chilling at night there is the best way as the end of the day.

The stay experience is more than expectation

Sauna ist leider nur sehr eingeschränkt und auch nach für Geschlechter getrennten Uhrzeiten nutzbar.

Very quiet and well designed

Lovely boutique hotel. Very convenient to transportation; short walk to train station or bus station. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean. Great bed!!!! Great large breakfast buffet that was included in price. Very small room, but had all needed amenities. Quiet!

Mestari hotel is so cozy, the breakfast place is beautiful and most important staff is always welcoming you approach to anyone.

Breakfast was a zoo. Tables are very close together and there are lots of tour groups on the same eating schedule.

Hotelli on todella siisti ja huone, erityisesti kylpyhuone oli hieno ja käytännöllinen. Saunan käyttöaika oli hyvinkin rajallinen, joten emme päässeet harmiksemme sitä testaamaan. Aamiainen oli runsas, mutta puutteina meidän makuumme mehuissa, kypsän pekonin osalta ja erikoiskahveissa. Majoitusjaksomme aikana aamiaisen aikataulu muuttui ja siitä ei meille muistettu mainita ja lähes missasimme yhden aamupalan. Onneksemme ihan kaikkea ei oltu kerätty pois ja henkilöstö oli todella ymmärtäväistä ja pahoittelivat kovasti tilannetta sekä antoivat meille mahdollisuuden kerätä vielä aamiaisen tarjoten hyvityksenä vielä erikoiskahvit (normaalisti kahvilahinnoilla saatavilla). Suosittelemme tätä hotellia kaupunkilomalle.

Stylish hotel within 10 minute or so walk from Helsinki Central station. Check in was a breeze - very quick and friendly and helpful staff - we were given a room upgrade when checking in. Spacious and comfortable room with good bed and nice bathroom. Very good breakfast with plenty of coffee dispensers which is always a bonus in a busy breakfast room. Only slight downside was lack of storage space in the room. Also no bedside table - always handy when one wears glasses. Otherwise an excellent hotel and would definitely stay again if I was back in Helsinki.

A group of us stayed for a long weekend with our dogs. Excellent location for the centre of town. Some great restaurants around the area. Fabulous breakfast and simply outstanding staff nothing is too much. Highly recommend it. Traveling with a dog there is a dog park a 3 minute walk away. Will definitely visit again.

Lemmikkihuoneeksi erittäin tilava ja siisti huone

Hiljaiset, hyväkuntoiset, melko pimeät huoneet. Sänky ja tyynyt hyvät. Aamiainen oli ihan perus ok, mutta heikentynyt selkeästi, kun hotelli siirtyi ketjuhotelliksi.

Localização muito boa, alguns minutos a pé da estação central. Perto de paradas de ônibus e tram para o porto e o aeroporto. O café da manhã é muito bom e os funcionários, muito simpáticos. Quarto muito bonito, confortável, organizado e com limpeza impecável.

Great location - central and close to transport, staff were friendly and welcoming, room and property clean and well maintained. Good breakfast.
