Small 1cm Cockroaches running around kitchen & bathroom. about 6 of them. Having difficulty getting hot water for shower, only my son got hot water, then no more... The room is rather nice and my kids enjoy the stay.

在這邊入住3天，飯店環境還不錯，可惜洗澡水壓不穩定，也沒有打掃服務，但是有提供管家電話，可以補充備品跟水。地點真的很不錯！

交通方便，吃也方便，除此之外都有待加強。房東帶我們上樓後，簡單介紹一下，人就走了，趕緊測試一下，大家說的低水壓跟有無熱水，結果，連蓬頭爛爛的也就算了，還沒熱水，明明網站上寫有，去樓下跟櫃台反應了四五次，房東都不來，最後來一個年輕人，也是總開關切了好幾次弄不好，說晚點再來，就再也沒來了，房間裡廁所很多小蟑螂，部推薦大家來，有另一組人來check in 別的房間，也是有問題

今次因為人數比較多所以訂咗呢棟大廈兩間service apartment 選擇佢哋嘅原因係因為location非常之好. 房間嘅空間非常充足，一間房有兩層。 不過有啲嘢係必需要改善。 例如兩個洗手間當中有一個冇熱水沖涼， 廚房嘅廚櫃內有數隻曱甴， 被鋪不足。

We booked this reservation through hotels.com paid for the room had an itinerary number etc. showed up at the property and they had no record of the booking or communication from the Loft - beware

We originally we had a bigger room but they changed to a very small room like a size of a small rv and there is three of us. The window was open when we arrive there where my son was playing on the bed but lucky we seen it was open while he was playing and the water heater did not work and the chairs were very fragile one was broken when we arrive there so I weight 230 pounds so no place for me to sit coz I never sit in those chairs

The place was very outdated with lots of appliances not conveniently working. LOTS of COCKROACHES. It was also an old building. The power went out during our stay with no communication from the owner.

Accessible for shopping, dinning. Walkable.

Property is decent. The water on the 1st floor is slow. Not enough lighting... this property is not host properly. If you have problems or questions, you're on your own. We were charged 2,000 pesos for overnight parking contrary to what's advertised. If communication is your priority then this is not the place for you.

Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets.

It was a loft. The air conditioning was hard to do because there was only 1 working remote for the upstairs and downstairs unit. The view was beautiful. The property was not ready for us probably because of our late check in. Me and my family enjoyed it there.

In d heart of d city, accessible to all, good for big family ..person in charge is accommodating - quick to reply. and security officer is very attentive , needs a lil bit upgrade of d loft - some old materials and got wear and tear .. but in general we love the place.. will come back and will recommend to friends and families.. thank u 💕👍

Very nice and clean

My third booking in this place, and will not be the last. Location is top notch, with restaurants, supermarket and mall nearby, room is clean.

The room was terrible hot n air did not work After 30 min help came to reset circuit breaker

The "Luxury Condo" was not luxurious at all. It was filthy, infested with roaches, smelled like a dumpster in the hallway, the wall lamps were dangling, shower door falling off, and it was... terrible. After 3 months I finally got a refund. What a disappointment and problem getting a refund.

The Name of the Hotel was difficult to track. Please put landmarks on the description / website next time. It was generally good as the place is clean and spacious and can accommodate more than the limit.

Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'hôtel. Les contraintes étaient de réserver 24h à l'avance et lorsque nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel, personne n'a répondu... Ils ont eu le culot de nous envoyer un mail le lendemain pour nous demander l'heure d'arrivée. Cela démontre le manque de sérieux de cet établissement que je ne recommande absolument pas
