The room is small but still acceptable for two people. However, the free wifi service is too bad. The free wifi service they provided works only for “messaging” - not even works for ig story or podcast and you have to pay for a higher speed WiFi if you want streaming (or social media) even though they claimed the free WiFi is ok for message and social media. High speed wifi is so common today that I think it is a basic service instead of a luxurious service which needs to pay extra to get, especially for a 4-star hotel like NH. I mean cafe everywhere offer high speed WiFi faster than here. You may need to reconsider if WiFi is a must to you.

Following a very friendly and informative arrival we were very happy with our choice of hotel. Excellent service, great staff interaction, comfortable spacious room and bathroom.

Everything was great! The staff, the location. The bar. Overall all it is great. There is one thing though that I like to point out. The was mold in the corners in the shower area where the glass and the floor meet. I feel NH Hotels should address this issue. It is a big turn off. My room no. is 402 Hope this helps.

Vi kan alltid börja med rummet då den va varmt och det gick inte att ändra temperaturen då är det centralt för alla rum. Kuddarna va så höga så vi fick ont i nacken. Parkeringen ligger långt från hotellet. Frukosten va inget särskilt men ok ändå.

It was a fantastic place. Great location near the central station as well as a walk away from the Metro to get to the main spots in Milan. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a stay in Milan.

Hotellet fungerte perfekt som base for familietur med voksne barn. Bra standard, god service og praktisk beliggenhet. Nærområdet har gode muligheter for shopping og sightseeing. Togstasjonen i nærheten gir enkel tilgang til området rundt byen. Dagstur til Bergamo anbefales.

Fab hotel, very welcoming staff. Lovely bar. Clean and quiet and just a couple mins walk from metro station. Good breakfast and a lovely terrace to enjoy it on. Please consider adding coffee machine in rooms.

This property is quite convenient to the Central Station, it's an easy walk. I will share though that the neighborhood is a little bit on the rough side. Be sure to be mindful of yourself and your surroundings. There is a nice family owned pizzeria across the street, that I would reccomend.

Haus mit sehr aufmerksamen Service an der Rezeption und schönen Zimmern. Das Frühstück leidet unter schlechter Organisation, sich streitenden Mitarbeitern, eingeschränkter Freundlichkeit und einer defekten Kaffeemaschine. Gute Lage nahe der U-Bahnhaltestelle Lima.

Good location from the train station, 11mins walk. Good location for the main high street, which you walk down for the Catherderal. Expensive though for the size of room and general facilities. Breakfast for that price point was average at best, some aspects being poor. We also had ants in the bathroom which where dealt with promplty but at £350 per night I expected more
