Lovely old building well restored All nice and clean Breakfast well stocked and a lovely calm start to the day

We felt welcomed during the check in. They also upgraded our room to a suite. The room was super clean and spacious and very nice. Lots of perks like free drinks in the suite were really nice touch. The only drawback was the area was a bit noisy at night, and we could hear a lot of it throughout the night. We bought the breakfast buffets and there were nice selections with good foods. However the hot foods were served a bit cold or lukewarm (scrambled eggs & bacon). We also wished they had better selections of croissants and more fresh vegetables and fruits. The bakeries weren’t necessarily fresh. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent hotel within the walls of Avignon and not too far from the train station. Characterful, well maintained building with friendly helpful staff and a small lounge/bar area close to reception. I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Avignon.

Fantastic stay in a gorgeous property. The staff was amazing. Such an easy and walkable spot in a quiet end of Avignon.

Très belle décoration, chambre un peu petite et exiguë , pour travailler cela n’est pas facile. Très bien passé en centre-ville. Par contre en plein été il y a un peu de bruit. L’équipe est fort sympathique avec des boules Quies. Je recommande en période d’estivale, il y a un côté familial très agréable

If you have a room on the 3rd floor the air conditioning can’t keep up. We had it set on 18 (the coldest setting) and it was probably 26 or 27 in the room. Be prepared for a very hot night of sleep. Additionally, the front desk offered a fan and then told us they were out of them.

Magnifique hôtel, idéalement placé pour découvrir Avignon et profiter pleinement du festival. Acceuil excellent. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre chambre. Belle salle de petit-déjeuner avec un buffet complet et bon.

Lovely hotel with very good air conditioning, which was very much needed!

Close walk to tourist sites. But I wouldn’t have booked if I had known it was a Best Western, as my prior experience with that brand is not so good. Quite clean. Breakfast (was included in my room) was lacklustre.

Lovely hotel. Good breakfast and easy walking distance to everything.

They were very helpful, such as showing us how to get to our room, visiting with us at the bar, and keeping our luggage safe after we checked out but needed it stored for a few more hours. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great shower. We loved that it was located across the street from the tourism office and where we met our tour guides.
