Very pleasant hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The only aspect I didn’t particularly appreciate was the breakfast concept. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, it was served only à la carte. Better not to include breakfast and instead to explore the many excellent cafés and breakfast spots nearby. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would happily return.

Outstanding hotel but recently purchased by Hilton so stay tuned.

Un hotel con muchísima personalidad, toda la comida increible (tanto room service como los restaurantes) y el personal de lo mas atento y amable. Me encantó la decoración y la distribución del cuarto, pero mi parte favorita fue el baño, muy amplio y cómodo con muy buena luz para arreglarse. Las amenidades disponibles son excelentes asi como la selección del minibar y otras cosas que puedes adquirir, yo me lleve el libro de recetas de coctelería.

Very friendly staff and clean room. Extremely comfortable bed. Heated floors in bathroom were amazing. Mohammad and the front desk staff were very helpful. Loved having 3 people open the doors every time. Felt like royalty. Thanks.

Book the trip! The hotel staff and bars cocktails are incredible and the location is fantastic – it’s right in the middle of shopping and restaurants, just a short walk away!

Room was spacious and very clean. Very comfy bed and lovely shower and bathroom products. Dog friendly and super helpful staff

The rooms are beautifully designed and the heated bathroom floors feel wonderful after a day wandering in the damp winter. The first floor rooms get very little light and require that you use the blackout curtains To sleep because the restaurant lights outside the window are on all night but the staff was gracious and kind and found me another room with natural light to change to. The Library and the restaurant are both very special places with excellent cocktails and gorgeous teas. It’s a wonderful place to spend time, not just to sleep.

The building is beautiful, the superior rooms are spacious with elegant bathrooms, and the staff are the epitome of customer service. This should be the place to stay for anyone attending opera, ballet, or theatre.
