I love the staff very friendly, the atmosphere and hotel super clean

We had an amazing five days at Only You Malaga - great welcoming drink and advice followed by great food and drinks. The pool can get a bit crowded but the view is fantastic and drink service was very good too. We were lucky enough to be taken care of by Tamara who found us a table at the festival dinner. It was a lovely night and we can’t thank her enough.

The hotel is located in perfect spot next to the park, across from Larrios street, and walking distance to port of Malaga & muelle Uno. A downside is that the hotel is tucked in area inaccessible by car or taxi. You have to cross the street or park first. The good thing is that the hotel sends out valet to help with bags if you call them as you arrive. To get to lobby reception you have to walk through the hotel’s restaurant Carmen which can be noisy & a little chaotic especially during La feria. The room decent size though our room has weird layout where the tv was not facing bed. You could tilt tv but it still made for awkward view angle. The bed and room comfortable but there is no closet. You can store bags underneath the bed. Bathroom is large with two faucets & large shower. A safe, a robes & slippers and complimentary water come with room. The service here is exceptional and I truly appreciated it. We has a light flickering in bathroom and it was fixed immediately. Hotel has rooftop bar and pool as well as restaurants where breakfast buffet is served. Buffet is a little underwhelming in my opinion but super convenient.

The stain on the wall was quite noticeable and gave a poor impression. While the toilet is conveniently located, the lack of a nearby handwashing area makes it inconvenient and unhygienic. The staff was generally okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement- service and attentiveness. The breakfast is disappointing. Overall, the experience felt more inline with a 3-star hotel. Nothing special.

Das beste Hotel in dem ich je war - hier wird jeder Wunsch von Lippen abgelesen. Unfassbar zuvorkommendes Personal, das Hotel ist tiptop sauber und perfekt gelegen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer, es wurde sofort alles weltbewegende getan und wir haben uns unfassbar wertgeschätzt gefühlt. Jeder im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und perfekt geschult. Das Frühstück war herausragend. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! On top dazu ist das Hotel wirklich total modern und stylisch - es fehlt einem an nichts.

Extrem gute Lage, praktisch nicht zu toppen meiner Meinung nach. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und professionell. Rooftop ist auch wirklich schön. Das einzige kleine Manko ist der sehr kleine, aber gepflegte, Pool und das sehr kleine Gym.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location. There are no negatives at all. Our bedroom was so comfortable and clean with tea and coffee making facilities which were much appreciated. Lovely toiletries and great shower. The best bed …. getting up was only made easier because of the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were out of this world and everything we tried was delicious. All the hotel staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The ambience of the hotel was relaxed. The rooftop area was small but big enough to enjoy amazing views, to have a sit and drink if you wanted. Finally the pool…. Again small but after the heat of the day sightseeing totally refreshing and invigorating. Being very picky the only one issue was water in the bedroom. The housekeeping personnel only left one bottle per day for two people.

Location and parking for the hotel is excellent. Good use of space in the hotel rooms. King beds need to be updated and modified to one king size mattress, not two mattresses side by side!

Rooms division was wonderful. From receptionists to housekeeping. Food and beverage terrible. From poor quality to worst service.

Amazingly large comfortable bed (deluxe double) lot of stuff you may need in room, dental/sewing/razor kit shower caps… a lot of packaging for stuff you probably already travel with but a nice touch,we had an inside room felt like a prison cell with polished concrete walls, no wardrobe so barely no clothes hanging facility. Very bizarrely designed rooms! Pool area way too small for hotel! About 10 beds hogged every day & beds removed at 5pm, service very slow up there not enough staff, but great views if you can get a drink! very clean hotel. staff are super helpful on reception, great location. The breakfast is a must, excellent food & service.

Location, Outstanding Staff Attention, we arrived early and Front Desk lady called us to let us know that our room was ready and upgraded our room. The bell guy was so attentive, he even helps us to cross the street with our luggage and get our taxi. This hotel is a real 5 star and will be my first option in Malaga.

Great location. Good hotel and service. But the bathroom is not very nice or clean for a 5 star hotel.

Very nice hotel with a great location for visiting the town and the port. The rooftop is great and has a lovely view of the port. The room was lovely and spacious with good amenities. We would definitely come back to this hotel. However, the rooftop had only 12 sunbeds available which non-hotel guests can pay to use also, making it tough to get one each day.
