Delighted with our choice of hotel. Modern, stylish and very clean. The breakfasts were superb and the staff were all friendly and cheerful. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Nicely renovated property with walkable distance to restaurants and other eminities.

Hotellet ligger på lagomt gångavstånd från centrala delarna av Palma. Rymliga och svala rum. Golven lite väl kalla. Poolområdet på taket med bar håller väldigt hög nivå.

Roof top bar is utterly fabulous

Only adults will be much better.

Un hôtel vraiment sublime, personnel très accueillant, chambre très propre, petit dejeuner d'une grande qualité et la piscine est le spa sont vraiment très bien aussi. Le bémol c'est malheureusement le parking, on nous donne aucun renseignements dessus, mais on s'y gare et on a la surprise de découvrir qu'il est payant (36€ pour 12h).

There is the just a few gluten free options. As a gold member I was not offered any upgrade nor spa perks.

Overall it was good, however they serve you one bottle of water and after that you should buy your own water and coffee pods.

Not much to dislike about this hotel! The pool area is small but to be expected of a boutique style hotel.

Et utrolig bra og sentralt hotell. Lekkert design, flotte fellesareal og fine rom. Deilig basseng, bassengbar og solstoler på taket. Veldig hyggelige ansatte, og en helt nydelig frokost. Dessverre litt dårlig wifi, spesielt til jobb, men helheten er uansett perfekt!

I had a wonderful stay at the Palma Blanc — almost a perfect 5-star experience! The hotel offers excellent amenities, a delicious breakfast, a beautiful pool, and a convenient location right in the heart of the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Family friendly which is nice because I saw other families there as well. The only drawback was that the internet could be spotty at times, which made working remotely a bit challenging. If that were improved, this would easily be a five-star stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return for leisure travel.

Mycket bra hotell, blir fullt kring poolen väldigt fort

Regret booking this hotel, unfortunately. The rooms and facilities are new and fresh, but the service is poor and the staff barely understand English. I chose between this hotel and Concepció by Nobis (exactly the same price), and I regret my choice so much! Things that made the whole experience negative at HM Palma Blanc: • The reception could not help with any restaurant reservations, did not know any restaurants, and could not give any recommendations. • They did not understand simple questions in English, for example: “When should we be at the airport if the flight leaves at this time?” • They did not have Coke Zero, Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, or any diet drinks at the pool bar, according to the younger pool guy • The young guy at the pool bar was really not service-minded and did not want to help when we asked if he could move a small table after we had ordered lunch. He did not smile or even try to help—he just said “no” and walked away. • The phone in our room did not work. A technician came to change it, but it still didn’t work. • The air conditioning was set to 20°C and it was freezing in the room. The technician told us we could not change the temperature—it was 20 degrees or nothing. SUPER WEIRD?! • The pool is overcrowded—forget about getting a sunbed. • We felt that the guys at the front desk were talking about us in a not so nice way Not a great experience

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber allerdings hatten wir im ersten Zimmer einen massiven Befall von Silberfischen und musste daher das Zimmer wechseln. Im zweiten Zimmer hörten wir die ganze Nach den Motor der Lüftung, der eigentlich um 21 Uhr automatisch abschaltet. Alles in allem ein ganz schönes Hotel jedoch mit massiven Mängeln.
