Staffs are so helpful, but the shower room has a serious water leakage. The room is a little bit small , but the breakfast is so great

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und wieder nicht enttäuscht. Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Personal war freundlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder!

We are really selective when it comes to travel. We had the suite (Room 409), directly outside the pool entrance. The hotel was brilliant. Great location. Great food. Gym and Sauna was empty when i used it everyday. The Cinema was no longer in operation, which we did'nt know until we asked to use it. Layout of the hotel is great and really great location to the city and old town. First time with HM and was really impressed.

Fantastisk hotel med dejlige værelser, ok fitness, lækkert spa, pool område med bar og tæt på byen. Morgenmaden er fantastisk.

swimmingpool for børn kunne kun benyttes 1 time tidlig morgen og 1 time sent aften. Fanen i loftet startede af sig selv klokken 01.00 om natten på vores afrejse dag, og kunne ikke stoppes igen, det var meget frustrerende og da jeg henvendte mig til personalet var de meget ubehøvlet. personalet var ikke specielt serviceminded og virkede ikke som om de var glade for deres arbejde. De er meget push.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein und nicht tadellos sauber, was man für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie (und den Preis) erwarten sollte!

Sehr gut gelegenes und modernes Hotel mit einem traumhaften Rooftop Pool, welcher am 20. April noch etwas erfrischend, aber deutlich wärmer war als das Meer. Das Hotel bietet viele nützliche Annehmlichkeiten und der Service war rundum sehr gut. Die Tiefgarage ist ebenfalls sehr modern und nach der eher engen Einfahrt, hatte es ausreichend Platz. Der Preis betrug € 15.- pro Tag und das ist für mitten in Palma sehr fair. Das Frühstück war immer sehr frisch und sehr abwechslungsreich. Einfach lecker 😋 Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen 👍

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight—though it fills up quickly due to how busy the property gets. The location is in a very high-traffic part of Palma, which means it can be quite loud, especially at night. We were also woken up early by a garbage truck operating around 3:00 a.m. directly outside our window. On arrival, there was significant construction in the area, which made access to the parking frustrating and disorganized. Additionally, our interaction with the front desk was disappointing—when asking a simple question, the staff member was dismissive and came across as quite rude. If you’re looking to stay in a lively, crowded area of Palma, this hotel may suit you. However, based on our experience, we would choose to stay elsewhere on the island next time, where there are quieter and more enjoyable options.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Spa Bereich ist etwas klein und man hat nicht so viele Liegeflächen, aber es ist trotzdem angenehm gewesen.

Parfait pour un petit séjour à Palma

I would have given this hotel a great rating but we had major inconvenience the first night of 4 nights stay. We booked a junior suite room, which regrettably was facing very busy road and the soundproofing was terrible with windows not shutting properly and having significant gaps meaning it was like sleeping with an open window listening to vans, buses and mopeds racing down the road. We barely got any sleep the first night as it was so noisy even with earplugs in, when asked to be moved to a different room the staff were amazing, very understanding and accommodating. We were first offered to move the same room but on a different floor but we insisted to be moved to a room facing the courtyard instead - thankfully there was one available otherwise our holiday would’ve been ruined if we didn’t have a quiet alternative. I am really surprised how hotel management permit to have rooms like that available for bookings and the junior suite rooms facing the road really need to have serious soundproofing installed - we travel a lot and never had any problems staying in rooms facing the road before. The rest of the stay was very lovely - great breakfast, very clean and modern rooms and great amenities in the hotel itself.
