J’ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel.La chambre était petite sans vue à hauteur de rue sans intimité avec l’extérieur. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche pendant 1 jour . Un plombier est venu un jour apres et plusieurs relances de ma part . Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre . Le ménage et la chambre n’a pas été fait pendant mon séjour. Les photos sur le site etaient trompeuses. Je pensais qu’on avait une vue sur la ville depuis l’hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui m’a déçu

Las instalaciones están siendo remodeladas pero aún no están listas. Llegando a la habitación nos quedamos sin agua que tardaron en restablecer, las almohadas son gordas e incómodas y el ruido en la noche que viene de un edificio contiguo, infernal hasta las 4 de la mañana, ah! Y no tienen elevador y hay que subir muchas, muchas escaleras. En el baño hacen falta repisas, la regadera es una delicia

Decent for a 2 night stay

Umgebung: Die Unterkunft liegt zentral in der schönen und lebhaften Altstadt Casco Viejo. Unterkunft/Zimmer: Das Zimmer war sauber und schlicht eingerichtet, mit einigen modernen Akzenten. Frühstück: Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten, was jedoch kein Problem ist, da es in unmittelbarer Nähe viele gemütliche Cafés gibt. Gastgeber: Das Personal war freundlich. Nicht gut / Verbesserungswürdig: • Die Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich leider nicht öffnen, da es sich lediglich um feste Glasscheiben handelte. Das war wirklich ärgerlich und für uns ein absolutes No-Go, zumal dieser Punkt in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war. • Das Zimmer roch sehr stark nach Putzmitteln bzw. Chlor. In Kombination mit den nicht zu öffnenden Fenstern war das besonders unangenehm. • Abends war es in der Nachbarschaft recht laut, und selbst Ohropax halfen kaum. Zwar liegt das außerhalb des Einflusses der Unterkunft, dennoch wären schallisolierte, zu öffnende Fenster eine sinnvolle Verbesserung.

I really enjoyed my stay at Magnolia Inn. The hotel side was nice. It is a little loud because you are near the touristy areas.

Las personas de la recepción son muy formales el hotel estaba ok, las habitaciones un poco pequeñas para el valla tan elevado que pagamos, necesita mejorar un poco en la limpieza y el aire acondicionado tenía un sonido horrible que no nos permitió dormir bien, todo lo demás estuvo bien. Locación excelente, cerca a todo. Muy silencioso en la noche. Área segura. Fácil acceso

I enjoyed the air condition communal area after check out. Nice place to regroup after a day of site seeing and before a late flight out.

The hotel is in the heart of Casco Viejo with all the attractions walkable. Our room was on the 4th floor, no elevator, past the youth hostel floors. The room does not have a kitchen. It has a small refrigerator and coffee maker. There is a shared fully stocked kitchen on the 2nd floor with full size fridge and water dispenser. Bathroom towels were soft and big, shower hot, blow dryer, soap and shampoo. King size bed was firm, couch converts to bed but we didn’t need to use it. AC kept room cool and ceiling fan moved the cool air around.

Not the best place I would recommend to stay. Shower did not work and no hot water - they did fix that but when you pay a high price for your stay your expectations were dashed. Room was lacking and no tea or coffee unless you go up to hostel area and get it from there. The Staff were very good and helpful. We would not stay there again!

No phone in the room. No small fridge. No iron or iron board. Ac was not cooling. First night was no water to shower etc and we weren't informed. I wrote to whatsapp number for hotel and never recieved a response. I wrote online recieved a response 1 and a half day after saying they will onform front desk to reimburse something from our first night due to no water. To date i haven't recieved any response and thats been since 23 Jan 2026. What we paid was def not worth it.

Since we used travelocity they treated us poorly. Made us wait for over an hour while checking in other guests, they kept telling ux they had to validate our room. Room stunk of mold so much caused a headache. They changed our room. Room shade fell off the wall. Overall run down hotel not worth the money. Pictures are nothing like the rooms.Avoid if possible
