The staff at this hotel are amazing! When we checked out early in the morning, my 9-year-old daughter suddenly felt hungry and went into the breakfast area. Even though our last night didn’t include breakfast, the staff kindly gave us two boxes so she could take some food with her — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Everyone we met, from the restaurant staff to the porters who helped with our luggage, was warm, friendly, and professional. I’ve been to Budapest twice, and this is by far my favorite hotel. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel and warm greeting upon check in. Concierge arranged many things per our request in advance, but failed to confirm and one of our excursions was a no show. We stayed in a junior suite and it was fabulous and the bathroom was incredible, double sinks, smart toilet, wet room shower and separate tub, warming rack, stereo, etc. only thing that would make it perfect is the toilet to be enclosed for privacy and convenience so others could use sinks, etc. Breakfast buffet or a la carte is great in the spago restaurant, never had dinner there but many options nearby. Roof top bar is great with bar bites and great service.

The property is stunning. The staff is great, we got much help from the concierges! And the restaurant is first class. We had a marvellous time.

This was our first visit to this hotel and were completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a great hotel stay in a great location within walking distance to so many places to eat and shop.

The hotel is beautiful. It is a historic building, very well restored to a hotel. Every detail is great. The restaurant is very good too. The only thing is that the roof top bar should open earlier than 6pm, because it is a great view from there, and at night, you see half of it.

The hotel is amazing and it’s my 4th time there on the last 6 months(I’m a lot at Budapest for business)but the moment I have a problem no one help me- My flight suppose to go at 22:00 so I need to go to the airport at 19:00 so I ask them to help me with solutions.. They insist that I need to leave the room at 12:00 and than If I want to stay until 16:00 it’s another 150 EU and after this they can’t offer any solution accept staying at the lobby and shower at the spa…. Is that reasonable-the hotel is not fully booked I check.. I will not come again if I have a flight after 12:00 I will find an hotel with late checkup and that the stuff are willing to help

From Mr Tibor grewting you at the door, Mrs Amina at the front desk, Daniel at concierge! every reccomendarion is on point. the Team at Spago is wonderful The Chef, Panna and Vanda made the experience a wonderful one.My family decided to have dinner there 3 times during our trip

Quiet, peaceful sleep. Beautiful room with amazing facilities. Wonderful staff who cannot be more friendly and helpful. Very good location for exploring Budapest. Highly recommended.

Remarkable staff. The concierge Daniel was remarkable. We had difficulty with our flight, leaving Budapest and had to return to the hotel and it was like seeing old friends again.
