Lot of noice pollution from hallway and street

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Eindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen waren bei unserer Ankunft keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück gebucht und dies dem Personal mehrfach in der App gezeigt. Uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, dass es geklärt werde und sich jemand bei uns melden würde – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zunächst problemlos zum Frühstück eingelassen. Während wir bereits gefrühstückt haben, wurde dann vor den Gästen diskutiert, dass wir angeblich kein Frühstück hätten und dies erst klären müssten. Das war sehr unangenehm, obwohl wir den Nachweis bereits mehrfach erbracht hatten. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt gut, aber bei der Kommunikation und Organisation gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

We absolutely love the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and the nightly activities they had scheduled were great option for evenings in.

The reason why I gave a low score to the amenities is because the A/C worked very poorly. We were sweating at night and didn’t have a good sleep. Other than that, the place is great!

Excellent value for money, had the private room with ensuite. Very clean and helpful staff, good location. Would've stayed for longer but they applied a crazy premium for weekend nights.

Rent, stort og enkelt rom, god plassering i byen. Frokosten er svært enkel, men relativt rimelig.

Nytt fräscht. Topp class AC. Frukost ok med tanke på priset (8-9€). Smart inredda och rymliga flerbäddsrum. Läget kan inte vara bättre. Mitt i centrum.

Trevlig personal, litet men fräscht & bra rum. Perfekt läge i city.

Frühstück war so lala, würde ich nit weiterempfehlen.

Nice quiet city to stay in

A comfortable bed - which was great. But no hot water! When I told the front desk they said yes there was a problem but couldn’t compensate my stay as they didn’t have a supervisor to see me on duty. That was disappointing Could have been a great stay

Very nice! Good rooms and premises. Pretty good breakfast too.

A really reallly nice hostel, each bed had its own lights and outlets. The cafe/lounge is very nice and breakfast is worth the 8 euro. Only downside is that noise travels quite easily through the building and there was a large group of teenagers having quite a lot of fun late into the night lol. Otherwise a great stay, staff are knowledgeable about the area and gave some good recommendations on pintxos. Also if you end up using the laundry... leave your clothes in the dryer for at least 2 hours

Great location for seeing Bilbao on short 2 night stay, staff welcoming. Clean. Quiet considering busy hub for buses with local people coming and going to work. Glad to have had own bathroom in hostel type stay. Busy place probably do to convenient location.

Loved the little balcony to sit out at night and in the morning with a coffee. Room was good sized. Clean, bright and airy. It was great.

Excellent value for money in great location. Definately take the breakfast as it is very good selection and superb coffee. Nightly events and shared rooms make for a relaxed, friendly place. Thank you - i would definitely stay here again.

The shared spaces are lovely. They really make an effort to make this place feel comfortable, clean and welcoming. The actual room though are not great. Just bunk beds with curtains. I guess it is nice to have the toilet, sink and shower in the room, but when you are sharing a room, I would have preferred having a more private space for showering etc. the street behind the room I stayed was incredibly noisy. I was able to tune it out but if you need quiet to sleep make sure your room is not facing the street.

Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock.
