房子不大，但是很舒服，该有的都有。我们定了两个房子，房源紧张，但是给我们安排了门对门。我们很满意了。离巴斯浴场等热门景点走路四分钟。周围很多餐厅。早餐自助餐，很典型的欧式早餐。很丰富。入住和退房都很快。很典型的希尔顿。推荐。

The receptionist is really rude. The helpers there also without any smile. Not sure what’s happened to the workers there. The room is small cos most of the space contribute to the long corridor in the room.

The hotel, and everything about it, was excellent. The only thing that left a sour taste was that we booked it, mistakingly, through Hotels.com. If we had booked our stay with the hotel directly then it would have cost us half the amount we paid. Hotels.com are a rip off and I am posting this as a warning to everyone else - book directly with the hotel and don't make the same mistake as we did!!

great location.few minutes walk to center and carpark. check in straight forward although check in time was late 4.00pm would have preferred 2.00pm room comfortable and clean tea and coffee no biscuits though. great shower breakfast was ample but tables got cleared but not cleaned everytime. a pleasant stay
