A great place to stay. Rooms were incredibly well maintained with new flooring and paint. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Private beach was a real highlight. Would definitely stay again!

Location is fantastic, clean, comfy and affordable

No where near a resort ... Just a basic 1.5 star to 2 star hotel. The only plus point is the lake at the edge of the hotel

Very basic! But quiet and clean, just old and tired.

Clean room. Designated parking spots. And very nice private acess to the beach.

Beds were terrible, need to be replaced

We stayed one night. The check in went smoothly, the room was clean, the bed was good, and it was not noisy. The room was not fancy, but it was good for us.

The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, but the cleaning staff hadn't refreshed cups or coffee filters, and unfortunately we only noticed the latter after the very short window during which reception is open. The lack of instructions on how to use the TV and other appliances is not helpful to international travellers. And the accommodation did not reflect the one pictured in Expedia. Our unit had a wall in front of it, so would not have been pleasant to sit outside. But the location is great! If we had had decent weather, we could have sat on communal seating overlooking the lake. There's a private beach with sunbeds. I had a lovely morning swim in the lake in the rain.

Great stay

A lovely surprise, right on the shore of the lake. Easy walking distance into town, the kitchenette was great. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach was fantastic.

The room was very outdated. There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The bathtub had hair in it. The tub enclosure had loose paint all around it and the ceiling in the bathroom had paint falling off it. The box spring of the bed was very uneven. The foot of the bed was higher than the head. The only good thing about this place was the nice lady at the counter. We won’t be coming to this spot again and we had planned on making reservations for later the summer. Sorry folks

No blackout curtains and bright light outside the window. Small fridge in room that needed to be defrosted. Bathroom is ok but the place needs some renovation.

Fair rate for clean room

The room was clean and well laid out. I liked the murals painted on the dividers for the lower floor rooms. Probably the lowest price motel in Osoyoos and being right on the beach is a definite plus. The beach is nice and we'll kept. A great bargain and will stay there again. The only negatives are - the ony plugs available are in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang up clothes which didn't matter to me but might matter to someone else. And every time we turned the TV on we had to change the input on the TV itself.

Nice private beach area for guests of the hotel almost right outside your hotel door. Great view.

Some of the lights were burnt out. Bedside lamp had a mind of its own. Staff was great. I would stay again.
