Great hotel, everything was perfect

Jeg kom nokså sent på kvelden, og var sulten. Personalet hjalp til med å bestille mat fra et annet sted, så da fikk jeg middag selv om klokka var neste 24 på natta.

Hieno hotelli ja eriomainen aamupala, erittäin vahva suositus! Hotellilla vähän parkkipaikkoja, mutta kadun varresta löytyi hyvin lisää. Easy parkilla pystyi maksamaan, hinnaksi tuli 12€. Keskeinen sijainti. kävelyetäisyydellä paljon ravintoloita.

The hotel is new, the rooms equipped with an air conditioner. Convenient location in the center of the city. My room was unfortunately not very clean, especially the bathroom. I had booked a superior room with a sea view - the view was really great, but there was a huge ventilation shaft under the window, which made it impossible to open the window without hearing the really loud noise of the ventilation shaft, really unfortunate, especially as the ventilation is on the side of the hotel with the sea view, very uncommon. In my opinion the venue seems to not be suitable for more than a one night stay. The breakfast was of good quality.

This was an excellent hotel. It was an excellent location walkable to everything, with an really high quality breakfast buffet.

New nice hotel close to the sea. Nice and comfortable room and polite and helpfull staff. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very good and in a great location. Clean comfortable room . The experience was dramtically affecred by a rude staff ( Mr Umbe***) at check in for my friend. I have to say the staff who cheked in was excellent. Orher negative factor was lack of enough parking space where the customer has to find own parking and pay for it. If the negatives were not counted i would rate thus as excellent place.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in counter was unwelcoming and surprisingly arrogant/ cussard/ sarcastic . I approached politely after a long journey, only to be met with condescending remarks and a cold, dismissive attitude. the staff member seemed more interested in asserting authority than offering service. Basic hospitality—like a smile or a greeting—was completely absent and was afraid to talk to him What should have been a smooth check-in turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable ordeal. The rest of the stay was fine, but the tone was unfortunately set from the start. Unless the management addresses this glaring issue with front desk attitude, I cannot recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the importance of a warm welcome. I will post my comments where ever possible unless a reasonable solution given . Thank you
