Laundry facilities in the room, very convenience

Only one issue; horrible smell in the corridor on level 3 sparks tower, at the door entrance to the building and along the corridor to the elevators- smelled as if the building had been flooded or closed up for a long period. The smell at the reception entrance improved during our stay. Otherwise our apartment was perfect, well equipped, good storage, excellent comfortable bed and no road or outdoor sounds.

They made my stay in ottawa feel like home

Clean, great layout for 3 people and the kitchen and washer/dryer combo were an added bonus

This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve had in the Ottawa area. The location was excellent, with great restaurants, historical sites, and plenty of leisure activities all nearby, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The higher floors also provided beautiful views. The staff truly go above and beyond to meet every need in a prompt and thoughtful manner, consistently checking in to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Cleanliness was top-notch, and each room was well-stocked with robes and plenty of towels. When we requested bedding for the pullout couch, it arrived within minutes. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, allowing for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, always greeting us pleasantly upon arrival and departure. It’s the little details that set this hotel far above the rest. Because of the outstanding service, cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location, this is a hotel we will very likely stay at repeatedly whenever we visit Ottawa.

It was a business trip. The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The privacy is a challenge with units facing the same court yard and each other. A darker roll of blinds would help with sleep.

Très bel appartement, tout équipé, propre spacieux. Lit confortable, proche de tout pour visiter à pied ou faire du vélo. Une bouteille de mousseux nous attendait dans le frigo, belle attention! Merci nous reviendrons assurément.
