The property is well designed and well fitted. Location is perfect and just doorsteps to main attractions at city centre. However, the service was terrible and I'm unable to reach any staffs during my visit. No one at the front counter during check in, so I used the app to check in. Would love to check the potential of late check out but I could reach no one by call/ in app chat box - which is not functioning at all. When I went down to front desk in the next morning, the female reception was so blunt and said no one can be offered late check out today - which I supposed to entitled a 2 hours late checkout as a gold member. (Not to mentioned I have already sent an email to check but with no reply before my visit)
Moreover, I've got all my payment settled with hotels.com during booking, and I still got another invoice from the hotel charging me the room rate after auto check out. No one is getting back to me into this matter afterwards.
I think the hotel is obviously understaffed and management have to make some move about this.
