We went in off season so a lot of things were not open but we went for the pool and beach so it worked out

Personeel zeer onbeschoft en onbetrouwbaar. Er lagen geen handdoeken op de kamer. Receptie 9x gebeld, zij beloofden de handdoeken te komen brengen. Na meer dan 5 uur wachten hebben ze geen handdoeken gebracht. Eindstand receptie loog en was onvriendelijk. In dit hotel zijn er 89 mensen in het ziekenhuis opgenomen door voedselvergiftiging vanuit het buffetzaal ontbijt en diner.

Poor quality and buffet is horrible , I have even spoke to the chef his answer was , it is impossible to accommodate a good quality food for the high demand and an almost 2 tons of waste on a daily basis. Therefore they had to corner

Un séjour très décevant. Dès l’accueil, on sent un gros problème d’organisation : beaucoup d’attente et aucune fluidité. Le petit-déjeuner est encore pire, bondé et sans aucune gestion, ce qui gâche complètement l’expérience. Le complexe en lui-même pourrait être agréable, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. C’est surtout lié au manque de civisme des clients, mais le personnel ne fait pas assez pour maintenir un bon niveau d’hygiène. Autre point frustrant : les transats sont “réservés” dès le matin avec des serviettes posées dessus, alors qu’il n’y a parfois personne qui les occupe de la journée. Résultat, impossible de profiter sereinement de la piscine ou de la plage. En résumé : trop de monde, pas d’organisation, et un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un Radisson Blu.

Loved it but check in and check out take way to long and it always seems like there’s always a problem at the front desk. Other than that it was really nice and a great experience. They just need more staff for check in and check out.

Alles was top dit jaar, vergeleken met vorig jaar is de service en opties qua lunch/diner 100% vooruitgegaan. Vriendelijk personeel, netjes, genoeg variatie qua eten. Perfect hotel als je wilt ontspannen. Animatieteam was ook erg goed.
