We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go to another pool at another resort that we could have access to. We did check it out, but we had to drive there and it wasn't heated. Dissapointing and an inconvenience. We went back and forth and I was told that my issue was being elevated higher up. In the meantime, I contacted Expedia directly about the situation. They kindly moved us to another resort that had 2 pools, so we moved over to that resort. As I said, Rg is a lovely resort but our whole reason to go there was to relax and swim. Unfortunately, we weren't told ahead of time that the pool was closed.

The suite is spacious and clean, idea for 4 people.

Great place for family getaway

Plates in cupboard still had food left on them. The door code was changed without notice, had to call to have assistance and new code provided. A little irritating to need to find a number, call, wait on hold, standing outside with daughter at about 10 pm.

Pool was broken, room was great. Communication and ease of Check in was great

It was a pleasant stay. Clean and spacious.

Always a nice spot to stay however looking a little dated, the one shower is very tiny and the queen bed is a very small queen.

We had the perfect stay. Our family of 5 was very happy with the unit, the amount of beds, the cleanliness and the items available in the kitchen and bathrooms. A home away from home. Definitely would stay again.

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything you need and so close that we could walk to the village. The price was better than expected. Definitely a place for me to come back to!

Great location, building showing its age, wear and tear noted but very comfortable. Great design and layout. Garbage & recycle bins in unit too small. These need emptied by renters upon departure, bins in parking area. Comfortable beds, bathrooms good. Close to village.

Location is perfect!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the views of the slopes in the background and also how close the condo was to the village. The kitchen had everything you needed as well which made making meals so convenient. Highly recommend this space to others.

Unit was in terrible shape. Mold on the curtains, blood stains in the linens. Floor above was terribly loud at all times of day and night. Overall, value for money was terrible.

Overall we were satisfied with the property with a nice Mountain View & relatively clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The condo is located very near to the village (2 minutes drive).

The condo was clean, the staff were quick to respond when a message was sent, parking was good and it was in very close proximity to Boue Mountain Village. My only issue was that there was carpet as opposed to hardwood or LVP.. family has allergies.

This was my first time using property value and lodging here. Its truly a home away from home. Comfortable, airy, scenic, ambience, car parking. It was truly a beautiful vacation for us.i definitely recommend them.

The property is great. Lots of space, it is clean and a fully stocked kitchen. The short walk to Blue Mountain Village is 5 minutes at most. The property is well equipped for large parties or families.
