Clean room and Norden hotel

是我在溫哥華住過最好的酒店！下次到溫哥華，我必定會再選擇這裏。無論是設計、舒適度、環境，都10分理想。

Everything is really great while staying at Versante hotel YVR. We love the whole interior design and all staff are friendly and helpful. We didn’t really have time to use fitness center and swimming pool but seemed great too. The free shuttle need to be reserved in advance and service is good and deserves tips. Only one thing can be considered, the breakfast is cooked after your order, it could take 30 minutes up. So if you are in a hurry, need to pre-talk with the waiters I guess.

We were pleased with how clean the property itself was. We were very disappointed in how my daughter woke up with bed bugs and in the process of looking at the bed and mattress the sheet cover had blood stains on it. We notified the cleaning lady as well she brought the Mgr and another staff to view the mattress etc. After moving rooms and trying to close our belongings as per research of not having it spread as we had one more night. They did inform me that a K-9 inspected our room and found nothing. That is and was a relief for them but not for my daughter who was very uncomfortable and embarrassed as she was at a competition. Once we were back at home they emailed with the K-9 report and gave us a 20% discount. Which was not what I was told. Very disappointed and frustrated that this was the outcome.

This is a very nice hotel with great staff. It was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the interesting decor.

Es war sehr gut für eine Nacht. Luxuriöses Zimmer und Badezimmer. Frühstück nur ab Karte. Leider kein Nachtessen im Hotel möglich. Super Shuttleservice vom Flughafen.

This hotel was a dream! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The room was meticulously cleaned and well maintained. The soaking tub was great along with the provided bath soak. It is in walking distance to great local restaurants and Costco. It defininitely sets a high standard for hotels that are still in the reasonable price range.

Looks like this neighbourhood is getting a facelift. Convenient location close to the airport, there is a restaurant across the street that is good.

Great clean and newly updated hotel. Good size room with comfy beds. Close to the airport and has a free airport shuttle

The restaurant is not open for dinner as advertised, the shuttle doesn't run until 5 am with many international flights at 6am. The staff were helpful. Changed our room as the original was horrible and not as advertised on expedia. Who wants a bathroom with a glass door????

Bedroom was good but the hotel lobby and outside was not good, I don’t think it’s 5 star hotel

The bathroom was amazing with the soaker tub complete with bath salts to the rainfall shower head. Dyson hair dryer heated floors. It was glamorous. All the amenities in the room where lovely. Nespresso coffe maker, decent size mini fridge. Would absolutely stay there again

Room is big, cleaning and nice!

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. The windows were thick enough that you didn’t hear the airplanes. I was not happy that my $35 beverage credit was not honored at the hotel.
