Had such a great & pleasant stay at uh suite Haeundae! Services were awesome, we requested for something at 11PM and the check-in staff still catered to us, even visited our room to check on it. Got upgraded to Private Spa Family Room! I brought a baby with me so it was really nice because he could crawl around the spacious room freely! Room & amenities were complete. Location was great. Only downside is the toilet floor for the shower is not downsloped enough so water didn't go through the drainage as fast as usual & there was no “partition” so the floor got wet easily. Everything else was perfect! We got so many questions from our friends on the hotel we stayed at in Busan because of these beautiful rooms we posted on our social media. Will truly come back!

The check in was awkward. The front desk was like “show me your reservation” instead of asking for name and passport. It was 2 hotels in the same building but only 1 elevator which so inconvenient. We had trouble opening the door since it needed to be pushed and open the same time. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing ever. It feels like you lay on plastic. The bedding and pillow does seems to be cleaned and changed. Smells a little funky and feel greasy. The cleaning lady only carry a little basket to go clean other room so I don't think she did much.
