I asked the hotel owner to get a fork, but he actually charged me 80 cents. It was ridiculous. He didn't come to clean the room every day, and there were a lot of ants on the table.

Hotel e quartos novos, bem arrumados e limpos. O chuveiro é box, o que achei excelente, pois não gosto de usar chuveiro na banheira. A equipe é muito gentil e solícita. O Café da manhã é padrão americano, porém nos dias que fiquei não teve bacon rs. Eles tem um restaurante, experimentei, porém não recomendo, melhor comer nos restaurantes da região. Tem um bom mercado perto, onde compramos frutas para o café da manhã e comida pronta para refeições.

Nice quiet hotel, close to restaurants and a big outlet mall within walking distance, breakfast choices although not a lot were well chosen.Parking fee a little expensive, transportation to the parks very limited and my only gripe is with the lack of shelves or hooks in the bathroom, no place to hang the towels or anything at all .Overall it was a nice stay and I will recommend this property to friends and family.

We had a great stay at Spot X. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a very convenient location near shopping, restaurants, and the parks. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was comfortable with a nice bed and good shower. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you want good value and a comfortable place to stay in Orlando.

I like that there was no carpeting in our room. I thought charging $19 a day for self parking was quite expensive. For that reason, I will not stay here again.

El personal de recepcion no es amable y no brindan mucha informacion cuando se le hace una consulta. ademas durante la estancia solicitamos el servicio de limpieza en la haboitacion tal como lo informaron antes de 11:00 am y lo unico que hicieron fue cambio de toallas, no hicieron limpieza a la habitacion.

nos alojamos 1 noche antes de tomar un crucero. Lo escogimos por su cercania al outlet, se puede ir caminando, tambien caminando hay un supermercado Public, Walgreens, para comer un Subway, Starbucks, Outback Steakhouse, etc
