sistem sangat teruk, saya telah membuat tempahan pada 7-9 julai, tapi saya tidak dapat check in pada 7hb disebabkan lambat check in, tapi sebelum itu saya telah menghubungi pihak hotel untuk memaklumkan yang saya lambat check in, namun tidak dapat dihubungi dan pihak hotel pun tidak menghubungi saya sebelum tutup pintu, setelah tiba di hotel, saya menghubungi semula pihak hotel dan tidak ada jawapan. disebabkan tidak dapat check in saya terpaksa tidur di kereta satu malam setelah seharian driving. Saya telah meminta refund untuk bayaran 7hb, namun pihak hotel enggan untuk membuat bayaran balik padah tarikh 7hb.

I was allowed to self-check-in early at 1 PM. All instructions were given in WhatsApp. Room condition is okay. Basic stuff like toiletries, hair dryer, and towels [are] provided. Refundable deposit [is] RM100.00. Water dispenser is available on the floor I stayed [on] (Level 3). Lastly, I was allowed to self-check-out late at 1 PM due to my bus delay. Overall, it was a good stay, and I strongly recommend this place. Thank you Farhana for guiding me all the way as a hotel host via WhatsApp.

Room for improvement: - check in: it is supposed to have someone at 9am in the hotel to do the check in but no one answered the phone before 10am. - the room was available before 3pm, but they asked MYR25 to do an early check in. - the window in the room 304 does not close properly, I called the staff to escalate my concern. I can hear the phone ringing behind the door but my call was declined. So I needed to call the manager who was not on site to reach the staff who was behind the door room 101. - Staff no pleasant: no smile. - all rooms are oriented to the main road, noisy. - no answering to the phone calls. I can hear the phone ringing behind the door. -could not get in the room as the door was locked by the staff after being cleaned. - in room 303, limited power of water. No hot water in the evening. Good thing: - room clean. - big room. - good wifi. - good to have restaurants open 24/24h near by. - change the room as not able to fix the window in room 304. - good location in the North of the city center: 10 min walk to reach the tube, 30 min of the heart the city.- refund of myr 100 the same day after check out.
