- พนักงานดีแบบ ดีมาก ต้อนรับดี บริการดี - Mood and tone โรงแรมดีมาก แปลกใหม่ แนวคาเฟ่ที่นอนได้ ไม่เหมือนฟีลโรงแรมทั่วไป - พื้นที่เล็กกว่าที่คิด จอดรถไม่สะดวกเลย แต่ถ้าไม่ได้เอารถมา คือโอเคเลย - สวยทุกมุม มุมถ่ายรูปเยอะมาก - ห้องสวยสะอาด ที่นอนนุ่มนอนสบาย - ของกินในตู้เย็นฟรีทุกอย่าง น่ารักมาก

I rate it as best hotel located at Hatyai. Staffs are extremely friendly, room is absolutely clean, and most important this hotel come with superb architecture 🖤 Not to forget the nice cafe which is attached next to this hotel too.

The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, bed was really comfy which I didn't want to get up 😆 And its super duper clean! Room smells so nice. Service from staff was really good. They help us carry our bags & things to the room. When you arrive there, you will get a cold towel & refreshing welcome drinks. You will be given a free drinks in freezer too. Overall, I'll definitely will stay again here. Highly recommended.

No kettle, no coffee provided. Not small child friendly. If you are couple with no small children then will be OK.

I booked the twin bed type (Casa Classical Duo) because there are two of us, me and my friends we would like to have two separate bed. I intended and booked one of the Classica Duo (twin bed but the hotel gave us the double bed. They said it was the hotel error. They moved me and my friend to another "bigger" double bed with blocked floor drainage in the shower area. It took a while for them to fixed. The staff there were polite but what we get from the hotel is not what I expected. At first, I was impressed with the hotel design and layout and decided to book there. I am not from that area, and there is only one chance for the first impression, I feel disappointed.

โรงแรมสวยมาก ห้องพักขนาดไม่ใหญ่แต่บรรยากาศอบอุ่น ทำเลที่ตั้งดี มีร้านอาหารอยู่ด้านล่าง พนักงานน่ารักบริการดีเอาใจใส่มากและต้อนรับอย่างอบอุ่น

I have an awesome stay at Casa 33. Staff was friendly & helpful. They book me motorcycle rental, bring my bags to room, to grab car also. They give map and explain to me about route around hotel. The hotel also super clean & of course it very beautiful inside & outside. I recommend you all to stay here. The price was affordable too. Can't move on from our stay there. Absolutely will come again to Hatyai and book this same hotel!

โรงแรม สวยงาม สะอาด ตกแต่งได้ดี มีมุมให้ถ่ายรูปสวยเยอะเลย Staff อัธยาศัยดีและให้คำแนะนำร้านอาหารในพื้นที่ได้ดีมาก เตียงนอนและหมอนนุ่มหลับสบาย ตื่นเช้ามาก็มี Cafe Double 3 อยู่ด้านหน้าเลย ไว้กลับไปพักอีกครับ ยังมีมุมสวยๆไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปอีกเยอะเลย
