Always great to stay here, location and convenient

Our 8-night stay at ViiA Residences in KL was really enjoyable for many reasons. Located strategically within distance, connected to Garden Mall and Mid Valley Mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wait for my next visit. Thank you 🙏🤗

The staffs are friendly. The residences feature modern, fully furnished apartments, including one- and two-bedroom units. Guests have access to amenities such as kitchenettes with stovetops and microwaves, washers/dryers, and Smart TVs with Netflix.

Stayed at ViiA Residences – great experience! The location is super convenient, just walking distance to Mid Valley. The unit was clean, with stylish room decor and comfortable furnishings. Check-in was smooth, and the overall environment felt secure and peaceful. Highly recommended for both short and long stays!

The room itself was relatively decent and clean, but unfortunately, the customer service experience was quite disappointing. Due to a booking error on my part, I mistakenly reserved two rooms instead of one. While I understand that the hotel may not be obligated to offer a refund or partial cancellation, I reached out proactively to ask for support in resolving the issue. I explained that the duplicate booking represented a significant financial burden for me. However, the hotel staff simply dismissed my request without any genuine effort to assist or provide alternative solutions. In fact, after a brief response of “not possible,” they stopped replying altogether — even when I followed up multiple times. This kind of indifference made me feel like my concerns were seen as a nuisance rather than a guest in need of help. Additionally, I messaged the hotel to ask whether they had a wine opener and if extra towels could be provided. The response I received was simply: “We don’t have a wine opener.” No mention of the towels, no further assistance — just a blunt answer and nothing more. While I understand that not all requests can be accommodated, the lack of effort, empathy, and basic communication was very disappointing. Hospitality is not just about rooms — it’s about how guests are treated. Sadly, this experience left me feeling unwelcome.

Apartment terletak di seberang The Gardens/Megamall Midvalley. Mal bisa diakses lewat jembatan penyeberangan yang juga terkoneksi dengan KTM/LRT station Abdullah Hukum. Kamar bersih, ada dapur, dengan 2 kamar dan 1 kamar mandi. Ada mesin cuci, microwave, kompor induksi. Kamar mandi cukup bersih, tetapi pengelola sebaiknya memperhatikan saringan air di lantai kamar mandi dan di wastafel karena agak tersumbat. Lainnya sudah baik. Terima kasih
