Awalnya hopeless, tidak berekspektasi tinggi karena review sebelumnya. Cuma setelah merasakan 4 hari di sana, lokasi cukup oke, tempat bersih, kamar bersih rapi, dingin juga, deposit juga cepat.

the place was awesome.Swimming a bit dirty .One thing i dont like is the deposit..It can be done by cash but unfortunately they dont have counter there so need to bank in the deposit and need to wait 7 days for a refund.We are foreigner traveller..We dont have local bank account..The key need to take from security guard not from agent..

Best apart ever. Bersih, AC dingin, view kota (Menara Twin Tower), dekat dengan pusat kota. Fasilitas komplit. Semua proses check in, check out dan refund deposit by sistem. Kita cuma diarahkan bagaimana caranya oleh security apartemen. Kalau ke KL lagi pasti nginep di sini lagi. Thank you

Hotel yang cantik dan staff yang ramah.

Sangat nyaman menginap di sini. Meskipun lumayan jaraknya untuk jalan ke pusat kota dan harus naik transportasi online yang ada, tetapi tetap memberikan kesan yang menyenangkan.

You must deposit rm 200. And your money will take 12 or 15 working days. To process the refund. They don't have recepsionis. Only security. The security not friendly. So many rules and we must accept that.

9 hari yang menyenangkan stay di Greystone, ruangannya yang luas, nyaman, bersih, perlengkapan di ruangan yang lengkap, mesin cuci, alat masak, dan lain-lain. Lokasi yang tidak jauh dari TRX Mall, dan Bukit Bintang, dekat mesjid, dan bebas kena macet.

Semua ok sesuai dengan yang di aplikasi.

I book this hotel NCOs location is near to the city. But this management is not convenient to guests which check in check out not easy need wait staff come to reception counter about 15mins refund the deposit which I stay many residents hotel no need to do this troublesome thing. Second is bad for foreigners when I check in I meet one couple from china they not cleaver for speaking English and the reception here also foreign they like one chicken and one duck talking … I become a center person to translate it tools my time about 45mins there. This is my first time bad experience for stay at Kuala Lumpur.

Kalau kalian mau kehilangan deposit kalian 200rm, kesini aja, akan ada banyak cara agar uang deposit ga balik, 1 contoh. Check out dibawah jam 9 pagi uang depo ga bisa di balikin. Pihak hotel tidak kooperatif sama sekali. Tidak ada resepsionis tidak ada pegawai selain sekuriti, kami hanya di layanin Via Whatsapp. Pada saat saya memesan, keterangannya adalah 2 kamar dengan 2 queen bed, faktanya yg saya dapat 1 queen bed dan 1 single, ketika saya komplen mereka ga gubris.

Bagus guys. Ga ribet 🫶🏻. Jangan lupa kalau apartemen wajib contact yang punya apartemen untuk tau sandi dan lain-lainnya yaa.

What else but simply delighted that I was assigned to this room type. Clean, beautiful, well partitioned Bedroom from Living Room. And the place is walking distance to MyTown and IKEA shopping centre. Pool has a great view. I definitely will come stay again, hoping the rooms that's randomly assigned based on room type gets similar. This was the second time I booked from Greystones and I didn't regret my choice. First time Tower A, second time Tower B. ☺️

Recommended! Buat saya yang sering stay di apartment setiap liburan, ini rekomendasi banget buat kalian yang cari penginapan di KL. Kamar besar, bisa titip koper di lobby kalau kalian terlalu cepat sampai di KL sebelum waktu check in.
