It was ok no parking

The hotel was nice overall even though I kept extended my time and no one told me that it was a problem because I would have to check out and back in since I didn’t book my extra days I stayed there when I was booking consecutively.Only to receive an email through Expedia telling that I should follow guidelines.

Stay was good, staff helpful one night was very noisy late into the night, floor dusty however it was a comfortable hotel.

I really like the hotel

Everything was great except there was a broken window which did not feel safe and obviously made it seem loud. We told the front desk person and they came upstairs to check it out. He was very professional and friendly.

Great location

They say they accept pets and everywhere online says they are pet friendly and then in the middle of our stay there after a few days they decides they aren’t pet friendly anymore and ordered us to leave the next day. Terrible customer service and business management.

Less than $100 per night in NYC. No safety concerns and my property was safe in my room. Some of the guests seeming to be availing themselves of the hotel's hourly billing plans, if you catch my drift.

They said they accepted pets when we checked in and then after a few days of us staying here they decided they no longer accept pets and asked us to check out early. Also female at the front desk has horrific customer service and front desk staff don’t communicate amongst themselves. Sheets also had cigarette burns in them and no body wash in the room. The AC cover suddenly fell off the machine and was already broken when we arrived. Burn marks on the walls as well. If I could give this hotel a 0, I would.
