The apartamento was on a lower level 9th floor. This I was not expecting. The most attractive feature of this building is the view. But this apartment 9 completely eliminates that feature

The apartment is AMAZING... CLEAN AND SAFE.... ITS BEAUTIFUL !!! The day before I was to teavel I read some comments about the place to be be ' infectated' with roaches... ITS A LIE !! Cant understand how some people could be sooo bad and horrible. Not even a mosquito in there.... place is extremelly clean and BEAUTIFUL Pls do NOT BELIEVE THAT.

Lack of communication via email and phone

For the most part the apartment website photos were pretty accurate. I personally think that they could use new chairs for dining table, living space/ bedrooms could also use new furniture that are not so low. I travel with my 69 year old mom and it was difficult for her to get up from couch and bed. Also communication about any issues with property was a bit of a struggle ,the single television there volume didn’t work for almost 3 days of my 6 days stay. I spoke to two property member that kept assuring me that someone will be there to fixed issues but no one came until the third day after I got on my booking site and requested a credit for the inconvenience, which by the way I have not heard anything about it. But overall the view were amazing, place was super clean and we enjoy are stayed. Would recommend it to my friends for future travel yes.

Excellent experience once again. The communication with hosts was perfect. Everything inside the apartment was in good conditions, and everything was found clean. There is a place inside the building where you can leave your luggage to go for a walk while you wait for check in time which is really helpful. Or you can also just wait inside the building at the Lobby. Fast WiFi connection and great view from the apartment. In short this is a great option for staying at Panama City.

Overall we had a good stay at the property despite the mix up in the booking. Will definitely stay there again.

Très bel appartement. Entrée sécurisée. Piscine top sur le toit. Vue +++++++. Transports en Uber pas chers et pratiques.

The apartment was in a good, central location. The staff was nice. The chairs in the kitchen were torn and the dryer didn't work. We were on the 24th floor and there is one area of the balcony that was open. Very dangerous for our kids!!

Management was attentive for all requests in a timely manner.

I would definitely go back. However, they need to fix the pool. It looks better in May 2025 not sure why it’s cracking up in July 2025.

The view fron the apartment was beautiful, the apartment was clean and very convenient to everything. Loved it all.

Rhey treated as as prisoner throwed us out on the 22! Outr day to leave was the 23 the front desk said they fixed for us! How ever on the 22 they said we have to go they throw out my children i wasnt there turn off the light in the apartment even now we havent got back our clothes became it was in the machine worst experience ever! Seen like a curse abd not a blessing.

There were a lot of places nearby to get something to eat, shop or even to have a social time.

Lots of food options, nice bed , free WiFi , easy transport access . Beautiful stay
