Veldig positiv opplevelse. Ha benyttet Clarion en del ganger de siste årene, men dette var i en klasse for seg. Veldig bra opphold.

Super schönes Hotel. Tolle Aussicht, sehr bequeme Betten. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight, eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich, wir haben uns als Gast sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Chambre avec coin cuisine avec peu d'éléments pour cuisiner, mais cela nous a suffit Coin salon très sympa avec vue sur la ville PK au sous sol avec peu de places, réservation obligatoire à faire avant petit déjeuner très complet et achalandé régulièrement petite bémol : hôtel avec bcp de chambres donc bcp de monde au PDJ vers 10h les tables ne sont pas desservies rapidement environnement moyen (hangars / port) mais il y a un ferry qui part juste en face pour le centre ville, traversée rapide et gratuite, mais plus de rotation après 18h30, il faut rentrer en bus du centre ville bon accueil de la part du personnel

I seldom write reviews as I normally read a lot of them and know what to expect when I stay at a hotel. However, this hotel needs some clear feedback, as it has potential to be great, but is far from it. I would give this hotel a 3/10. We stayed here for two nights with our toddler. First the rooftop bar was closed the time we were here, leaving no place to take an evening drink as the lobby bar was also closed. When the last ferry goes back at the harbour at 19.00 there is like nothing to do, as the hotel I located at a big parking lot with no shops, restaurants or cafes nearby. Sad, as this was one of the reason I booked this hotel. Second, the room temperature at night was 25 degrees, and all though the beds were comfy we couldn’t use the duvet. We called down to the reception and they said every room had a fan. Hello, we do not want a fan, we want a cooler room. Our toddler woke up several times during the night sweating. This is obviously a problem they are aware of, otherwise they would not have a fan tucked away in each room. During the breakfast there was mayhem, people was sitting in the reception and some people had to stand. There were missing plates and cups. They should consider having the breakfast open longer than 9.30 to avoid this problem. Otherwise, the breakfast in itself was good. We also lacked coffee cups in our room, so we had to go down in the reception early in the morning to get some. Not great!

Allt var fantastiskt förutom frukost altenativ som är vegitariska, inga vegetariska pålägg eller så som köttbullar,korv.

Dejligt beliggende hotel ud til vandet med gratis færge over kanalen til Göteborg. Afgang hver 10 min. Der er parkering tæt på hotellet hvor Easypark kan bruges. Fin åben plads med forholdsvis store båse.

Personnel très serviable. Literie au top. Super buffet de petit-déjeuner. Salle de gym bien équipée. Couchers de soleil déments depuis le 9 ème étage et localisation parfaite : le ferry 287 quasi en face de l’hôtel vous amène en 5 mn dans le centre. What else ?

Ett riktigt bra hotell

God service ved tjek ind. Vi blev opgraderet til et værelse med vindue . Tænk at man kan overnatte uden vindue. God morgenmad. Kan ikke anbefale topbaren de var arrogante og ikke særlig behageligt for 2. Parkering ikke mulig så skulle parkere offentligt.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Good breakfast (don’t miss the granola or the ginger shots) and excellent cappuccino machine. Comfortable bed and big, nice pillows. Parking was a bit difficult to find (it’s next to hotel and you have to drive up on sidewalk to enter using the app — pre-paid spot). Enjoyed the gym and sauna/relax room. Mon-Fri there’s a free boat across the street into city center.

i liked the breakfast, guest attendants group, room service, gym room but swimming pool is missing and less option of lunch and dinning food.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and nice room and facilities. Due to lots of road work (at no fault of hotel) it was a bit hard to find (got rerouted). Breakfast was nice. Top floor restaurant closed (had gotten info beforehand) and not a ton of dinner options within walking distance. Kooperativet was fun for lunch.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Clarion Hotel The Pier. Our room was very clean and the beds (our son slept on a sofa bed), very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of options. Free ferry across to central Gothenburg was a bonus. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The reception is nice and kind. I forget to bing phone charger and she help me to fix it.

Super nöjd över min och min sambos vistelse, god och bra frukost, fräscht rum, super trevlig personal.. Men några punkter: Det framgick inte tydligt nånstans att man var tvungen att förboka plats i garaget. Men personalen i receptionen var behjälpliga att se till så vi kunde stå på en närliggande parkering, priset blev detsamma som om vi skulle ha stått i hotellets garage. Sen saknade vi bänkar att sitta på utanför hotellet, då vi t.ex väntade på vår taxi. Vi besökte rooftop första kvällen och önskade 2 drinkar, hon i baren var ny och kunde bara göra 2 drinkar men ingen av dom fanns med på drinkmenyn. Ursäkta, men dom var inte värda det pris vi betalade tyvärr.

The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible.
