房間非常乾淨舒適，一流的飯店體驗！飯店有很多電影可供選擇，雖然有時WiFi訊號不太好。服務熱情周到，也提供免費停車。我們在Fairway餐廳享用了晚餐，食物非常美味，甚至比自助早餐還要好。自助餐的菜色種類豐富，而且都很好吃。總而言之，這是一次非常棒的體驗，我還會再入住。這裡是完美的居家度假選擇。

要求高層，結果給了最低的房間，只能看到牆，不如待在家裡，太掃興了。

工作人員非常熱情友好，從入住到退房都服務周到。前台更幫了我很多忙。 我兒子特別喜歡兒童俱樂部，每次要離開的時候都哭呢😂 感謝泳池服務人員，他幫我的孩子充氣游泳圈🥳。不過我希望他們能在浴室裡加個掛鉤，這樣掛衣服就比較麻煩了，尤其是只有你和小孩的時候🥹。 非常感謝你們提供的美好體驗。願真主保佑我們下次再見🥰

We stayed at M Resort & Hotel KL for a short family staycation, and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super clean. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. My family especially loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of delicious food. The overall vibe felt calm and exclusive, even though it’s just a short drive from the city.

Our go to hotel for a short staycation. Best to avoid during peak season or school holidays. If you did book during this time, plan to come earlier. The check-in line was extreme. As well as the breakfast buffet line 😅 Best to wake up early for it.

I’ve requested for complimentary birthday cake but not receive.

pool was very dirty on my date of stay 13 Sept 2025. if the parents could see how dirty and murky the pool water was they probably would not let their kids in either

This is my fourth time staying here. Even our house is just 15-20 mins driving. We love everything! From lovely & friendly staff, clean room, clean hotel area, clean kids club, everything! Oh, the breakfast selection has many selections as compared to before. Definitely will stay here again.

The overall hotel is nice, but on the day I wanted to check in, they were still not finished making up the room. In total, I needed to wait for 1 hour and the receptionist gave me another room. Maybe it just happened to me at that time, the hotel is very good actually, has a nice staff, very helpful, friendly. If you ask me if I still want to go there? Yes, of course, I'll repeat in the future!

It was a comfy stay here with friendly staff and good room ambiance. The hotel feels new and clean, and it successfully made it feel like an 'out of city' resort with vacation vibe.

The staff were friendly. I called earlier to get early check-in or maybe on-time check-in because I had an event to attend. I arrived at 2 p.m. and could check in on the spot. 😍 Happy me. Definitely will repeat to stay here. ❤️

Staff friendly, food was amazing but need to queue 30 minutes to get a table due to many guests that day. Pool was amazing too. Kids love it.

The hotel ambience was really good. My kids really love the pool & slide. The food is variety. I really enjoyed my roti canai & teh tarik so much! Definitely will come back! :)
