Lokasi unik dan strategis bagi yang mau belanja baju. Keluar masuk hotel agak terbatas karna kesibukan khas pasarnya. Pelayanannya ramah, dapat welcome drink yang comfortable bisa kopi atau bahkan thai tea. Sarapan enak dan lumayan banyak menunya.

Saya senang bermalam di hotel ini. Bersih, setiap hari petugas selalu membersihkan kamar. Lokasi strategis dekat pusat perbelanjaan, mal Platinum, Big C, semua lengkap. Di bawah hotel semua toko baju. Saat check-out Anda bisa menitipkan bagasi jika penerbangan sore. Jika ingin pergi ke mal Platinum sangat mudah melalui jembatan penyeberangan di atas jalan raya, langsung terhubung dengan berbagai mal di sana. Perfect to stay at Archk Hotel in Bangkok.

Stay in Bangkok for 5 days with 2 separate hotels. This one is the best near Pratunam area. You can also check your luggage weight at the reception area. Definitely will come back here.

Recommended Hotel… ini sudah yang kesekian kali menginap di sini… tetapi pas kali ini ada kendala air jadi 4 jam tanpa air di dalam kamar…. Overall semua baik, staff ramah…. Pokoknya recommended…

This accommodation is in the Pratunam Market area which really helps you if you loves to shopping! Just a few step to Platinum Mall and Burger King. The room is quite clean, but don't expect too much for the view. Overall is 8/10. The minus is only the lobby is quite small so might see many people gather on check in time.

Welcome drinknya ok banget. Untuk ruangan cukup baik. Tetapi tidak kedap suara jadi bisa terdengar suara dari depan dan sebelah.

Place is clean and service is good. Location wise is good but always crowded and hard to get transport out. The door was not able to open due to low battery but it was fixed very quickly. Thanks Arck and would come back again

Letak nya sangat strategis. Dekat Platinum Fashion Mall, December, Pratunam Night Market, Pratunam Morning Market, Tofu Skincare, Big C Rathadamri, Central World, McD, banyak money changer di sekitar jadi ga usah khawatir kehabisan uang kalau kalap belanja dan kulineran. Receptionist nya ramah, sat-set, dan helpful. Kamar nya nyaman, bersih, dan lengkap. Sangat recommended. Thank you Arck Hotel

Location is great as 7 eleven, massage parlour, Market & money changer all are at doorstep. The only issue is Grab & Tuk Tuk are hard to stop there. Room is clean but the toilet has some odour. Overall is good

The room is clean and new, although it 's relatively small. The entrance looks sketchy as it is among the storefronts of the Pratunam market shops. However, once you take the elevator to the lobby, it looks so modern. The main benefit is the location. It is right across the Platinum Fashion Mall. You only need to walk 1 block to the main road and there 's a pedestrian bridge that is connected directly to the 2nd floor of the mall. It is also a 5-minute walk to the Pratunam Night Market.

Karyawan sungguh ramah tapi kamar sedikit bau jadi harus diubah, kamar bersih, lumayan besar cuma bau ga tau dari mana, selebihnya ok, strategis juga buat kemana-mana.

Located in Pratunam Market, so once you want to enter the hotel, you must pass by the fashion stores 🥰. The hotel is very near with Shibuya, Mc D and Platinum, don't worry about food, you can reach them by walk. The room is quite small but comfy.

Strategic location to the pratunam market and a lot of culinary spots. Staffs are very friendly, hotel very clean and such cozy place. Will be back for sure.

The room is quite dirty, and the drainage also bery bad, we have complained a lot of time but there is no solution given, everytime we take a bath, the shower area is always floated with water, and the room is quite smelly.

The bedroom is clean and spacious for 2 people, bed is comfortable, providing good sleep. The bathroom needs more attention, toilet is cloggled most of the time, and the smell is prettt strong if you keep the bathroom door open. However, beside the bathroom, we had a pleasant stay. Staffs are helpful, the location is perfect, you're just steps away from bus stop, food market, and clothing shops for sure.
