Untuk lokasi strategis, hanya berjalan kaki (sangat dekat) ke Sapa Station untuk ke Fansipan. Pelayanan standar (tidak terlalu berkesan). Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan. Kualitas makanan juga dapat ditingkatkan.

Overall, the hotel is fine. Located in front of Sapa Center. Unfortunately, during the stay there's a local gathering event at the ground restaurant and very noisy with loud music until 10 PM.

It was nightmare for all traveller. When I came to the hotel at almost midnight, the reception was dark. I got bad feeling. * The hotel didn't receive our booking from app*I don't know this is mistake from app or the hotel. At lease the front office managed to get us rooms -appreciated, even though the location is not strategic (uphill). My group is 6 person (with 3 elder & 1 wheelchair) and we have to go to the next hotel by foot in the midnight. I am too exhausted to calculate the different rates of the hotel and make this an issue.

The service from the staff is bad, the staff can't speak English at all, the restaurant is dirty & the food don't have variation, when check out they are charged a fee for early check in without prior notification! (this made me mad), if there is a fee for early check in we should be notified from the start, the only point plus of this hotel It 's just a strategic location, it 's a shame it 's not matched by a professional workforce.

This hotel is only available on the app! I love the location so much. Just perfect in the middle of Sapa Town. Restaurants are very near. To Sunworld is only 1 minute away. They don't have an English name on Google Maps, so you just click on their Vietnam name, and they will redirect you to the app to book. The room is so spacious and clean. Even a little bit old design, but it's not a problem. They have a large window. Book the town view, could be much better but beware of the traffic noise. I skipped the breakfast because I am late. They only serve breakfast until 9 a.m.

Great location. Closed to everywhere.
