The hotel has many facilities in the same buildings, such as a mini market, public bath, and laundry room. The staff are nice and helpful. This hotel has a clothes compression machine that saves quite a good space in luggage.

Standard hotel di Jepang pasti bersih. Kamar utk single memang sempit. Ada fasilitas cuci pakai koin, tapi agak antri. Dan public bathroom nya menyenangkan. Ada Lawson juga dalam hotel 24 jam jadi mudah. Dan dekat dengan stasiun.

Suka banget menginap di Apa Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda Eki Tower. Lokasi dekat sekali dengan Umeda Station. Ada fasilitas penitipan bagasi sebelum check in dan setelah check out. Staff-nya banyak dan ramah semua, dan mereka good looking semua. Ini hotel dengan fasilitas paling lengkap selama saya berkunjung ke Jepang. Ruangan tidak luas tapi fasilitas lengkap, bedding bersih dan rapi, amenities di kamar lengkap, mereka menyediakam yukata dan piyama juga. Ada fasilitas vending machine, microwave, mesin es batu, pemandian air panas, coin laundry, Lawson di dalam gedung, resto di dalam gedung, spa di dalam gedung. Sarapan di lantai 3, dengan menu yang sangat beragam dan rasa yang lezat. Bakalan balik menginap di sini lagi kalau ada kesempatan main ke Osaka lagi.

Nice bed and blanket very clean

We booked for 4 person (1 room) the problem is the QUALITY of the BED. Can not used for 2 person in 1 bed, because the side section already flatten (both bed). Have to change with new BED already. But if used for 1 person 1 bed (sleep on the middle), no problem, still OK.

Sungguh menyenangkan hotel bagus sekali, dekat dengan stasiun umeda/osaka dan di belakang hotel dengan tempat keramaian terutama resto.

Sudah mencoba apa di osaka, tokyo dan sapporo semuanya the best. Khusus yang osaka ini ada kolam renang di rooftop nya dan ada lawson di lantai 4. Sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan. The best.

Excellent location & facilities, great place for onsen after work and leisure. I will definitely come back and stay there again the next time I visit Osaka. Don't forget to request highest floor & city view to enjoy Osaka cityscape from the room.

Located in a strategic area. Many bar/izakaya located near the hotel. Most importantly, I've got free VOD (TV video Access) during my staying period.
