Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.

鄰近地鐵站，亦鄰近倫敦大學，晚上學校區有很多學生飲了酒在街上大聲說話，酒店的窗是洩漏空氣的，令到外面的冷空氣跟聲音都可以傳到入房間內，其他一切都很好

舒適及便方，價格適當。

地點方便，距離underground只需5分鐘，距離火車站也只是10分鐘，附近有便利店和小量外帶店，很好。 價錢合理，在倫敦的酒店來說室內面積非常夠用，加上浴室清潔方便，下次到倫敦也會考慮入住。

I stayed for 9 nights here in Citysleeper. The room is so hot in Sept. My room is facing west direction, so it is really to hot in the room even at nigth.Though there is a fan in the room, it doesn't help too much.

前台服務一般，沒有給房門卡開樓層玻璃門。。 只要app開門，再落返樓，另一位女同事才即刻開返卡。。 大堂男職員服務態度非常好，很有禮貌。。 經常清潔房都沒有清垃圾。。。 11點check out，10:30門卡已不能用。。。早餐完回房未能進入。。

Wi-Fi 有點弱，沒有雪櫃有點麻煩

Fine og rene rom, bra senger. Eneste som trekker ned er at vinduet på soverommet ikke gikk å lukke helt igjen og det var ganske lytt mellom rommene.

It close to the British Museum, railway stations and university of London. But it is not in a crowded area. This is a hotel within a hotel. The main building is labeled on the map as royal national.
