Tivemos uma ótima estadia no Arcelon. O que mais se destacou foi o conforto do quarto — limpo, silencioso e uma cama confortável — e a simpatia da equipe, sempre atenciosa. A localização perto do metrô facilita muito. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel was lovely, room was spot on, staff very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. Was easy to get to places, if travelling to Barcelona again will definitely stay here

客室は清潔感があり清掃も丁寧にされ大変よかったです。 2名のレセプションの人の対応が失礼すぎて言葉もありません。　目的地に行くための交通手段のアドバイスを求めましたが　どっちでも好きなようにすれば　と愛想のない英語で返されました。　 ただ机に座り全く動こうともしないし、アジア人を見下したものいいでした。あんな失礼なレセプションにあったことがないです 別の若い男性の方の日は、タクシーの手配など手伝ってくれてとても良かったです。 あの2名の対応がなければ素晴らしいホテルです。 観光地からは少し距離があるため静かなところが好みの方はいいと思います。があのふくよかなただ座っているだけの男性が受付にいないことをお祈りします

번화가랑 약간 거리가 있지만 완전 로컬이라 안전하고 좋아요

Offered a twin instead of a double bed, the room refresh also is adequate. The staff is also not the best in reception.

Il serait bien de préciser par contre que le parking est payant avant la réservation

Staff. Very helpful and friendly

Clean & comfortable room , great to have water taps in reception. Some staff oddly uninterested in interaction given it’s a hotel but breakfast staff worked really hard to keep foods out for self service. Need 20 euros deposit for pool towel per towel and this has to be in cask which is a really inflexible situation given no one needs a r wants to carry cash especially in another currency.

Located away from attractions

La habitación estaba limpia, era amplia y la zona era segura

La proximité de la ligne de métro L1 est un atout majeur pour ce lieu où l’on a passé trois nuits dans d’agréables conditions. Je recommande cet hôtel, cependant la piscine n’est pas chauffée, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de cette installation en date du 27 octobre.
