We could not have asked for a better experience and accommodation in Rapa Nui. The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast fresh and delicious every day. I would recommend Hotel Ohana to anyone traveling and would not consider any other accommodation were I to travel again.

I loved staying here. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and I especially enjoyed the large balcony. The staff is excellent. The only negative is the location of the hotel which is far from town and isolated. The hotel will order you a taxi, though ($6-$8 one way to town) and respond very quickly on WhatsApp so it really wasn't an issue.

The rooms are very nice, breakfast is excellent, and most of the staff are very friendly. Service at the front desk varied depending on who was working. The hotel is in a more remote location and walking to town isn’t ideal because of the busy road. Transportation into town can be a bit tricky, as taxis aren’t always easy to find.

The staff was so wonderful our entire stay. They were very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to fill water bottles and even made us dinner reservations! The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is fabulous, the rooms are clean and the bed is really comfortable. I typically struggle with hard beds while traveling and I slept like a baby here. I absolutely recommend this small boutique hotel! We would definitely come back!

Room was clean and comfortable, noted there's no facial tissues as they do not use it on Easter Island? Catalina or Calina (not sure of her name) is very sweet and courteous, the manager is not so much. Facility is ok.

Hotel Ohana is a quiet oasis slightly tucked away from the center of Hanga Roa (which can be slightly limiting for transport as you have to rely on taxis). The property is gorgeous and the room was spacious, beautiful, and well amenitized, although there could have been more USB plugs and outlets near the bed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and you really felt welcome and comfortable in their care.

Spotless, spacious room and incredibly friendly staff--truly felt like we were family. Property is gorgeous as well. So glad we stayed here; wouldn't hesitate to come back again in a heartbeat.

This property was ideal for an easy transfer from the airport. The property itself was beautiful, serene, clean and intimate. The staff was genuinely helpful. The property is about a forty minute walk from the beach, but taxi is readily available for the fair price of five pesos. There are a multiple range of tours that will pick you up at the hotel and you may request scheduling and pick-up via the front desk.

The owner Paula picked us at the airport which was a nice service. Room was ready when we get in. Breakfast included. Staff are accessible by WhatsApp and were very responsive. Helped us get a taxi to places. It is also good to book private tours via the hotel. More enjoyable.

A proposta do hotel foi muito interessante, são poucos quartos e com isso a experiência entre os clientes e funcionários do hotel foi muito rica. A distancia entre o hotel e o centro da cidade foi um pouco desafiadora, mas foi superada com os táxis disponíveis na cidade.

We really appreciated the warm welcome at the airport. The rooms were impeccable, and the breakfast delicious. The entire staff was really nice. Although this property is a little outside of town, we walked to the town a few times during our stay.
