The worst hotel in flushing that I had ever have. First, the parking is not owned by the hotel, it is the mall’s parking lot and you have no privilege to get your car in and out. I asked customer service and front desk, no one even know how much I will be charged if I park over 24hrs. Second, you will need to call the front desk and asked for the toothbrush and slippers. Lastly, my room is at the end of the hall, I think my room is next to the storage room or what, during 3:00am, someone kept knocking the wall. It just crazy, it is not worth for the price at all

The service is very warm, the room is clean and bright, the transportation is convenient, there are many restaurants and cinemas downstairs

The heat is so loud and over heat. And one thing that the bed is so soft, my lower back is hurt.couldn’t sleep well. The location is good It has many delicious foods around. And the elevator is not convenient, you have to switch to another one to go to your room.

Overall clean property, well done, staff is weird but great stay!

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful

The only fault I found with this hotel was the parking. Its under the hotel but to enter the garage it is around the block. It took roughly 20 minutes to find the garage.
