It was very nice. The staff were friendly. We had a nice breakfast and ate a good dinner. The only negative was that there were quite a few dogs. It was upsetting to see them sitting on seats in the restaurant area at breakfast. Unpleasant and unhygienic which was a pity because otherwise it seemed clean. Nobody seemed to think there was anything wrong g with dogs sitting on seats with their faces on the table where humans eat. Strange times we live in.

Beautiful spa and very convenient location.

Hotellissa oli useampi ravintola, josta valita. Aamupala oli erittäin runsas ja tasokas. Kylpylä oli hieno, mutta erittäin vilkas ja täynnä lapsiperheitä. Kattobaarin juomalista oli ylellinen. Kritiikkinä mainittakoon, että palohälytyksen olisivat voineet hoitaa ammatillisemmin. Palo-ovet toimivat kyllä ja ulos päästiin, mutta sen jälkeen ei mitään infoa asiakkaille. Odottelimme turhaan ulkona, vaikka tilanne oli jo ohi aikaa sitten.

Clean, nice and well equipped

Sehr herzlicher und hilfreicher Empfang an der Rezeption, sehr schönes Zimmer, 224, ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, mit Parking neben dem Hotel, sehr leckeres und optisch schön präsentiertes Frühstück. Gerne wieder.

Sisäänkirjautuessa olisi voinut paremmin esitellä, mitä esimerkiksi huoneluokkaan kuuluu sekä mahdollisista lisäpalveluista. Huneluokkaamme kuuluvaa spa-lisäpalvelua emme saaneet, saattoi olla kielimuuri tai puhdasta taktiikkaa. Muuten hotelli siisti, amupala hyvä sekä kattava ja pieni SPA hieno.

Great property, comfortable beds, great cribs for infants. One thing must mention, there was no spa service offered with a VIP status, as stated while booking with platinum tier. That was disappointing.

Das Hotel erfüllt unsere Anforderungen voll und ganz. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber.

I had an amazing stay. Amber spa isa must experience . Breakfast had an enormous variety of scrumptious food. Our room was clean with comfortable beds. Just a lot of thoughtful touches all around.

Leider weist das Haus trotz seines schönen Erscheinungsbildes zahlreiche Mängel auf. Servicequalität: Das Hotelpersonal benötigt eine fundierte Weiterbildung im Gästeservice, um den Anforderungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels gerecht zu werden. Der Zugang zu Spa- und Sauna-Bereichen ist kostenpflichtig, jedoch fehlen wesentliche Services wie bereitgestellte Bademäntel und Handtücher. Diese müssen Gäste selbst an der Rezeption suchen. Schwimmbad Sauna Bereich Liegenpolster sind nicht verfügbar, und es gibt keinen geeigneten Ruheraum für Entspannung nach Spa-Anwendungen.
