Great location for out of town stay but still able to get about using the underground. We were lucky our stay coincided with fantastic weather but hotel was always nice and cool. Air conditioning in room was excellent. Only tried breakfast once but what we had was great. Room was very quiet at night and this along with the comfortable bed led to a great nights sleep. Will use again.

Our stay at the Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush in London was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with so many great food spots, bars, and things to do nearby. One of the highlights is the convenient location to the Westfield shopping mall, which is only about a 10-minute walk away and perfect for shopping, dining, or just exploring. The hotel itself has a beautiful atmosphere, along with a great bar and restaurant that made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience without even leaving the property. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Another huge plus is how close the hotel is to public transportation, making it very easy to get around London. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and already look forward to my next visit.

Spotless hotel - great decor, ambience and the service was fabulous

This amazing location boasts a beautiful and spotless room, plus it’s super spacious. I’ll definitely be returning for a weekend in London.

​Came to express a deep gratitude for Grazina and Kevin at the Hoxton. Grazina is an absolute angel and Kevin is such a caring sweetheart. I would return just for them. ​The hotel is lovely but they took it to another level. The rooms are wonderful. I love the turn of the century apartment ​(stripped bare​) style, warm and ​n​icely compact. I appreciate how un-condo-like the space is. The view and location are the perfect amount of lively​ and serene, off the park, and close to so many amenities. The bar and restaurant area is ​b​oth futuristic and 50s/60s feeling but with no pretense​--Like a really cool Jetsons interpretation of future. There is ​a ​sincerity and thoughtful​ness​ to all those who work ​a​t The Hoxton ​a​s well. Every staff member, even met in passing, was ​so kind, thoughtful, welcoming and sincere​ly so.

A very well-run and hip hotel (in the style of Ace Hotels) with a bustling lobby restaurant and cafe during the day. Best hotel option in Shepherd's Bush by far.

The room was lovely, and the food was tasty but what constitutes ‘breakfast included’ is not clear stated when you sit down. Only filter coffee, which tastes awful, and tea are included - proper coffee, which you would expect included is extra (the waiter told us when we ordered). The Hoxton is a good hotel, but this is penny pinching.

Lovely hotel. Friendly service and front desk. Good location for the O2 empire and good commuter links to the rest of London. Nice sized bed and rooms, even the no window/basement rooms are perfect for short stays. Only negative was we tried to use their little breakfast service, by hanging a bag from your room on the door handle, and they should deliver food in the morning, but no one collected ours so we didn’t get anything, which was a shame.

Check in really easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was amazing radio on when we walked in very clean and the bed was so comfortable so we both had a fantastic sleep. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and can’t wait to visit and stay again. The lobby area was welcoming as were the staff warm and friendly.excellent location for shopping and events. 10 out of 10.

The property is well located in close proximity to Shepherd's Bush Station on the Central Line, with easy access to central London The staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond to help make my stay welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend.
