酒店在半山坡上，最大特点是风景优美，面向芦之湖，清晨看富士山美极了，还可以泡汤看美景。酒店距离桃源台三分钟车程，酒店负责接送到桃源台，桃源台这里有餐馆，可额外预定早餐。酒店人员热情周到，并可讲中英日语。这个酒店在箱根地区价格算相当友好了，总体体验很棒，会推荐给亲朋好友。

這個旅館是建在一個山坡上，大廳check和早餐以及泡湯湯屋在最上面的主棟，住房在下面，停車場在更下面，當然沒有電梯，全部都是階梯！所以我們得拖著行李爬許多階梯，然後同行又有行動不便的老人，根本無法上去泡湯和吃早餐，光從停車場走到房間就很吃力了！是對行動不便和老人非常不友善的旅館。 泡湯的地方非常小，室內室外就是各一個小浴池，挺簡陋的，也非常老舊。總之，以他的價格和地點，實在不推。

We enjoyed our stay at this Location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It‘s not a busy area, but they offer a pickup from Bus stops and bring you to a Restaurant in the evening if You Like to.

部屋と露天風呂からの景色は非常に良かったです。

Great stay, the staff were really helpful. Offered pick-up and rides to nearby Togendai station. Relaxing location. Onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji. We lost an earring, but the staff found it after we left and offered to send it to out next stay. We are thankful!

除湿機のタンクは満杯でランプが付いた状態になっていた。 スタッフは中国人？みたいな片言のスタッフのみ。 休憩時間なのかお客さんのフリースペースでスタッフが喫煙する姿を見てしまい、気まづかった。 安さと立地は良かったが細かな配慮は欠けていた感じがする。

La vue sur le Fuji est exceptionnelle mais l'appartement ne sentait pas très bon et mériterait une petite rénovation

Wonderful place to visit.

A bit isolated, but they were wonderful about taking us to the station. Only two restaurants open at night. But excellent location for Lake Ashi and the Hakone Ropeway. Just need good knees to climb the long stairs up, but the view of Mount Fuji from the front porch was worth it!

Lovely onsen and great views over the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful staff. Not many dinner options nearby.

窓の鍵が閉まっていなかったり 網戸のままになっていたり 気付かないと防犯上で怖い面があったが 施設も、サービスも十分満足できるものだった。 お風呂も大浴場があり満足できた。
