入住体验很棒，员工也很友好。酒店提供免费机场和地铁站接驳巴士，这是最棒的设施。酒店就在公园旁边，所以我可以带女儿去那里玩。

住在这里很愉快。我们预订了7间客房，住了两天。非常方便，有班车接送，房间干净，环境舒适，步行几步就到杂货店和商店。一定会再来的。

We are transiting for 18 hours in this hotel at New Year's Eve. We enjoyed it. Although the room is not as big as we thought, we enjoyed the transit hotel very much, including our morning walk at the harbor. Breakfast has fresh fruit as well.

The hotel was very good. They provided free drinking water for us to enjoy. Aside from that, they also provided free shuttle from the airport and made my trip hassle-free. Location wise was also amazing. During my stay there, I got upgraded to the ocean view room which was really pretty

Reception and overall staff are friendly and helpful. The building is integrated with the Sheraton Hotel, and shared the airport/MTR station shuttle service and are very convenient. I am surprised that they provide halal corner at breakfast.

Lokasinya dekat dengan bandara dan dapat fasilitas gratis bus menuju MTR dan bandara. Pemandangan lautnya sangat bagus.

Nice hotel, suitable for travelers who want to stay near the airport. They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport and Tung Chung MRT station (Citigate Outlet Mall). The room was a bit small but enough for us with 1-2 luggage. The bathroom was clean. We got a Seaview King bed room. Water is available by dispenser on each floor. Breakfast was just OK. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton!

เป็นโรงแรมที่ใกล้สนามบินแค่นั่งรถบัสของโรงแรมข้ามมาก็ถึงแล้วโดยไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย ทางโรงแรมบริการดีพูดจาดี เช็คอินแป๊บเดียวก็เข้าพักได้เลย ห้องพักสะอาดตึกสูงติดแม่น้ำ โดยรวมดีมากๆเลย

We stayed in a suite with a very beautiful view. The rooms are very clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, 10 minutes to Disneyland and the airport.

Great hotel; variety in breakfast, room comfortable, free shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR was a big point.

Menyenangkan! Karena hotel punya shuttle dari airport ke hotel dan dari hotel ke city gate MTR station dan kita bisa kemana-mana dengan gampang! Kamar juga bersih, rapi plus nyaman. Yang paling mantep tuh kondisionernya, lembut banget ke rambut. Pengen bawa pulang.

Kamar mewah dan rapi, kasur dan bantal sangat empuk sekelas hotel bintang 5, staf nya ramah ramah setiap pagi di sapa oleh ibu yang membersihkan kamar kami dan kami dibekali 2 botol minum karena cuaca sedang panas di luar. Dari stasiun ada shuttle namun perlu menunggu-menunggu agak repot tapi masih oke. Tidak di sediakan sarapan Halal (dan saya sudah request) padahal hotel ini termasuk dalam list Halal di HK jadi kami makan roti-roti saja.

There are two shuttles, to airport and to nearest mtr station, runs hourly and every 30 minutes. Very convenient. The breakfast menu is also fantastic. Definitely will go back to this hotel for our next Hong Kong trip.

The rooms are spacious and bigger than HK standard:). They provide free shuttle to Tung Chung MTR and to HKIA. Front desk lady very kind and courteous. Better than expected.:).
