A strategically located hotel in BSD City. The rooms are clean and fragrant, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The rooms have stunning panoramic windows, offering a city view right from the bed. You'll definitely feel at home and want to stay here again. 😘

When I stayed here, there were a lot of events going on in the ballroom and outside, so it was uncomfortable because it was very crowded. There were only 3 elevators to serve from the lowest floor to the highest. I didn't have time to try the swimming pool because it was very crowded, it was a shame because the invisible pool would be really nice if it wasn't that crowded. The breakfast food was also completely empty even though it was still 9 am. The check-out process was also very long, I wanted a quiet staycation but it ended up being stressful. Oh yeah, if you want to add an access card, you have to deposit 50 thousand and it can only be paid in cash!

Amenities are incomplete, only toothbrush and toothpaste are available, nothing else is available, access via barcode scanning is not available, phone calls via room access have not been answered/voice since Room 2009…

The room it was amazing, highly recommended in the high floor. But, do not expect to much about the breakfast. Just so-so.

So far, everything met my request, got a connecting door, non-smoking room, and high floor as per request. The room was also clean and comfortable, overall a pleasant stay at Trembesi Hotel BSD. Recommended 👍

It's been the third time we have family staycation here. Favorite features, we can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi and basketball court until 22.00. Very friendly staff. Clean room and environtment. Good food. Recomended place to stay.

The room is comfortable, a smart room. The only thing missing is the mattress and the many dampness. Otherwise, everything is fine.
