The views from the Lake View Terrace rooms were incredible and everything we expected and more! The firm bed was comfy and the bathroom offering everything you’d expect, with a brilliant shower. We had a fantastic breakfast each day with very attentive staff ready to organise items not available from the buffet. We had lovely oat milk cappuccinos each morning and decaf options were available. The onsite restaurant and rooftop bar offered a great option during a rainy day, should you decide for a day at the hotel for some R&R. We had help organising a transfer to Malpensa airport which saved us 2 hours of public transport (although at a significant cost). Whilst the hotel is tucked away from the busier areas, buses to Como, Bellagio, Varenna were easy to use (you can pay by card on the bus) and trains are available. Holiday of a lifetime!

Newly renovated and fresh. Service is ok, but the spa comes with an extra cost and the gym is small and very warm. If you want parking, make sure to book it in advance as they have limited spots

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Die Zimmer sind für den Preis extrem klein – mit einem Baby war das Platzangebot kaum tragbar. Es war nicht einmal genügend Raum, sich frei zu bewegen oder das Gepäck sinnvoll unterzubringen. Das Badezimmer ist winzig, und nach dem Duschen steht fast das gesamte Bad unter Wasser. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Parksituation: Für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie ist es sehr enttäuschend, dass nicht ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste zur Verfügung stehen. Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle Parkplätze belegt, sodass wir sehr weit entfernt parken mussten – mit Baby und Gepäck war das besonders anstrengend und unzumutbar. Auch der Service entsprach nicht dem Anspruch, den man bei diesem Preis erwarten würde. An der Bar bestellten wir drei Getränke – eines davon wurde trotz Nachfrage einfach vergessen. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal an der Bar wenig aufmerksam und schlecht organisiert. Fazit: Preis-Leistung ist hier leider absolut nicht stimmig. Besonders mit Baby ist dieses Hotel weder durchdacht noch familienfreundlich – weder beim Service, noch bei der Ausstattung oder Organisation.

Limited parking space and has to book in advance. Otherwise a good place to enjoy the lake and surrounding. Staffs are friendly. Dining experience is ok and could be improved

Awesome service

Lovely view of Lake Como and Lecco from the top floor. Staff were polite and welcoming. Bus stop was less than 100yards away - with good transport to Lecco station and Bellagio. I went for a room upgrade with a lake view terrace - I didn’t use the terrace as much as I’d hoped as there were insects and mosquitoes there - so bring some repellent with you if you go for that option. Although this is much quieter than Lecco and other larger towns, there is still traffic passing through and plenty of people walking up and down the lake front next to the hotel - so it isn’t silent, there is still some life around you.

Muy mala atención en recepcion, demasiado calor en la habitación. Pero el hotel esta muy bonito. La habitación no bajaba de 23.6 grados centígrados, muy caliente para dormir. Uno de los recepcionistas esta obligado a trabajar ahí o eso parece, pésima actitud, nada de atención.
