The hotel is located at Level 7. And 3 of the receptionists are friendly, the rest quite rude. The room doesn't have a window which is fine and as expected like the photo. But the dusts are everywhere, it is like not being cleaned at all. When hanging "Make up my room", the bed is not being cleaned, staff only change towels. No water, no coffee or tea. Only the location is superb as Level B3 is connected with Taipei Main Station. They have laundry coin service and a pantry area.
