Everything was great. Maybe a usb charging point might have been good in the room. The only annoying thing was the shower gel dispenser in the bath. It didnt work. Luckily i had my own to hand.

Cette chaîne est très pratique pour les voyages en voiture, même si le parking en Angleterre est trop cher. Jamais de mauvaise surprise, les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées.

The room was very clean and was very happy to see the tea kettle clean.

Unfortunately Check-In was a Bad experience, as the Hotel seems to have either Problems with their staff or a poor booking/payment system and we were asked to pay “again” although it was paid via Expedia. Or it is a problem because of Expedia. However, not acceptable for a customer
